I had serious concerns about trying out the permanent makeup at this location after reading the review describing their horrific experience. But after I arrived, I instantly knew that that review was somehowjust not applicable at all. Danielle did my permanent makeup on my eyes and she did a wonderful job. All the people that worked there were so friendly. I honestly could not have been happier. And sadly for them, they were not even aware that there was a one star review, a very lengthy, unkind review. So hopefully, this more recent review will overshadow whatever that one was about previously. I highly recommend this place. And I am very picky!

I had the worst experience at Bella Permanent Make-Up Studio ever. Nothing worked the way they say it would. The scabs that came to my lips for permanent lip color stayed for weeks and now that they are healed there is only one spot on my bottom lip that looks like a bruise, and no color at all. I also had permanent eyeliner for top and bottom and it caused sever bruising around my eyes. After my eyes healed there was no permanent make-up, just scars. I would not recommend going to Bella's at all. I showed my pictures to other salons and professionals for a second opinion and they said my face should have not bruised the way it did. I'm talking black eyes.... The money I spent was not worth the experience at all. For her being an instructor, Debi Childers, you would think I would have had a good experience. if you look at her makeup , that might tell you something. Herself and a co worker worked on my face, I was in the salon for 3.5 hours, they sat their played on their phones, entertaining each other. Very unprofessional, and you cant complain to the owner , she is the owner. Now after doing research i would of never went there. I have picked a new salon, more professional, and very pleased with the work.
