I came in from Little Rock, Arkansas to learn permanent make up and paramedical tattooing from Dixie. She has an amazing reputation and a wealth of knowledge in the field. It was an honor to have her teach me all the ins and outs of cosmetic tattooing! Her clients were all so wonderful. Great experience!!

Dixie is one of a kind so professional. She did an amazing job an explained what she was doing along the way. She kept my mind off of what she was doing with some great stories of her life. I highly recommend!!!

My wife and I have been going to Dixie for over 15 years! She is absolutely the best! She is very professional, takes her time to be sure I get the best procedure and best experience every single time! The results are great and consistent! Thank you Dixie!!!

I had permanent eyeliner done at Classic Beauty Concepts. The receptionist was very nice. She answered my questions and seemed to really want to make sure I knew all that I needed to before I left. Dixie actually applied the eyeliner. It is painful at times, but she continually applied the deadening cream to lessen the pain. She said she has done this for many years, and works with confidence. I asked for a dark charcoal, and she blended colors to try to get that color. I would have liked her to look at my eye pencil to be sure she knew the shade I wanted, but I was already numbed and she did not think she needed to see it. It has been 8 days now, and I am healing nicely. The color is pretty close to my pencil, and I am happy with the job.
