Love getting my permanent cosmetics from Jeannette. Her work is good. I've had my eyebrows, eyeliner (top and bottom), eyeshadow and even my lips done. I just recently went for touchups to my eyebrows. I don't believe that she does microblading, which is the "in" thing right now. Instruments are clean and sterilized. The establishment is nice, well kept and clean. Nice ambiance. Jeannette's sister, Mary, is sweet and very professional.

I went in about 2 years ago. The service is awesome. I am very scared of needles, but wanted the eyeliner because mine would alway smudge within hours. Jeanette was so patient with me and I do appreciate that. I want my eyebrows done. Her sister who helps her was very kind in talking me through the procedure. Good people. Will go back!!!

I had my eyeliner and brows done several years ago. The brows have faded over time but we're done very light at my request. My eyeliner is still awesome and I can say unequivocally , Jeanette is the best artist period. She is patient and her work is exceptional.

Went years ago when she was in the alamo heights location, and am going back for a touch up to her new location. Took me a few years to find her new place. Jeanette is so nice and professional, completely unlike the comments in a previous review. I've seen really bad permanent cosmetic jobs, so I will only trust Jeanette. My grandmother, 2 aunts, and 3 cousins have also gone to her and they are happy and look beautiful. This place is the best, and the only one you should trust!

My two eye-shadow colors and highlighter has been on since 2006 and eyeliner since 2005/2006!!! Still beautiful! The place is very clean and cozy/inviting. Jeanette shows you her sanitized/sterile equipment before she starts working on you!! I love that!! Jeanette, is very professional and knows very well what she does and it shows well in her work. She's very friendly and she makes you feel invited and at home while your getting permanently beautiful! :-)
