Bad service at reception. I bought package $199 laser but I didn’t get any receipt. I had to wait for my receipt for 45 minuets while the every client on that day got receipt except me. The man was trying to get other clients and get the phone. Don’t care about me who waits for long time. I tried hard to get my receipt caz every one got except me. I asked them for my receipt. They gave me the paper about packages. I asked em again I don’t want the paper. I just want my receipt caz last time I bought the eyebrows package that I paid by cash. I got the receipt but this time I don’t get the receipt. I don’t know how do they work. Don’t professional and after I got my receipt after waiting for 40 minuets they didn’t say any sorry to the client. I felt really bad. No service mind any. I still go there caz I bought the package and the technician or the people who work there do a great job except 2 receptionists there.

I had my eyebrows threaded here for the first time and I feel that the esthetician did just an okay job. I didn’t have to wait, so that was nice. This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and I really didn’t know what to expect. But I’m not very satisfied with the end result. My eyebrows were pretty bushy before heading in (it’s been years since I’ve had them done) and needed a lot of work. But I feel that she over did them, especially on the outer corners. Rather than shaping my eyebrows well and going in with scissors to cut the longer hairs in the middle and outside, she took most of them off. She also didn’t pluck any random stray hairs. I wound up with two or three at the end of my eyebrow that were just floating out there. While my eyebrows aren’t completely butchered, I feel that they could have turned out a lot better. I also felt uncomfortable when checking out, as they have manyyyy signs around the front desks saying how tipping is appreciated and the esthetician stood at the front while I checked out. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience but I won’t be returning.

Amber rocks with the laser treatments! Round two!! Not bad at all. My hair already is much lighter in the treated areas. No pain, like a light rubber band pop. My skin is good in the area with no irritation.

So far so good! I've been twice now, and was threaded by two different, and very meticulous gals. Great pricing and packages, and a wide selection of treatments are offered. My eyebrows are the only reason I'm currently visiting. I'll be a repeat customer because of the location and very kind and skilled staff. Until next time!

The ladies at the front were nice but should know more about their systems. The woman that threaded my eyebrows did a good job; I'd let her thread them again. Everything went well until they had to get the owner on the phone bcuz they charged my card $50 instead of $10. The ladies at the front didn't know how to reverse the charge nor did they know what to do at all other than call the owner. I was ok with it all because they were handling it....until the owner got on the phone talking a bunch of jibber because he doesn't know how to cancel a transaction nor does he have good customer service. He refunded $40 but he also doesn't k ow how debits and credits work with credit card companies and thinks ill get my money back tomorrow....nope. The woman that made the mistake was apologetic and thought the owner had added services to my account and was willing to do so, until was shooshed by the other later....I think Amber is her name....i then was told nevermind....i was looking for extra services....nor was I looking to spend an extra $40 on nothing. If I hadn't read the ticket as I was signing, I wouldn't have even noticed and they sure didn't realize and likely wouldn't have said anything. They get 2 stars for what should have been an esasy 15 minutes and $10....took longer, caused irritation, and cost $50....without any further accommodation. Customer service FAIL.
