Wow ! We had the best experience ever..was very patient and informative with my wife and i. All questions we had were answered and explained before any procedure was done . And never made us feel lost.she made sure we where always in the same page.. Place very clean and sanitary! Period ,made us feel like family. Giovanna made us feel very comfortable. I recommend! :)

Had my Eyes, Eyeliner and lip liner done. It was very sanitary and there was always some one there with a student. They took the time to make sure you were numbed very well. The teaching process there is excellent. I am extremely happy with my results!

Got a groupon for laser Brazilian 3 sessions. One session done and the lady was very thorough. So far so good. She also slowed down when the burning got a little to me.

I went for a "deluxe" pedicure, featured on Groupon. The facilities were very substandard and the "deluxe" pedicure consisted of using a water bottle to squirt water onto the feet. The technician was very sweet but the pedicure was such a disappointment. On top of that, I had scheduled myself and my daughter for mani/pedi's but once there, was told only one of us got scheduled and they could not rectify the issue.(told this while the manager put a personal phone call on hold). We got there at 4:30 pm and the website states they are open until 7:00 pm. SO glad I did not pay full price for this service!! Would definately NOT recommend!
