I went to Diane because she came very highly recommended. She's done procedures on a lot of people in or social group so I've seen her work it's beautiful, extremely natural looking too. Two things I really liked, 1. You can tell she really listens to you. She wants you to leave with the eyebrows that you want. 2. She's absolutely an artist. Between what I asked for and what she could tell would look good on my face. Diane made me an extremely natural looking eyebrow. Nobody can tell that it's a tattoo unless I choose to tell them. She chose colors that flattered my skin tone and asked me every step of the way. She explained everything as she went, gave me written instructions, and after care. Hair salons clean and well-appointed I felt very home. I can tell you is a retired nurse her aseptic technique is excellent. I loved her work so much as soon as my eyebrows healed I made an appointment to do my eyeliner. It looks extremely natural, I don't never have to worry about my makeup run or that I've left the house without drawing on some eyebrows. I am so happy I found Diane!

I LOVE my makeup and am only sad that took me this long to get it!!! I went to several permanent makeup artists in Texas but for some reason I did not have the procedure because I did not feel comfortable. Dianne made me very comfortable with her years of experience and the time she took with me before the procedure. I trusted her. She is fair in her pricing and even declined some of my tip. She is true to her word and gave me a free touch up. My results are amazing! I love my brows! They are so natural! And she also did my liner. I was so scared it would be too dark but after 7 days it was just beautiful! Anyone can contact me and I am happy to share my results! I am sorry for the woman who posted the the bad review. I can only hope she will overcome her health problems which may have impeded her results.

Beautiful work! Nothing short of amazing! I absolutely love my eyeliner and lips!!

Diane is a real artist. I had her do my eyebrows, eyeliner and lips ALL at the same time. It turned out great. Before I had very little curve to my eyebrows and she designed the new ones to fit my eye shape. My lips were never really big and I hated to wear lipstick, but she very precisely was able to give me a beautiful looking set of lips with color. The eyeliner speaks for itself. I no longer wake up looking tired. The permanent make-up was one of the best things I did for myself. I went to Diane because of her experience and she was referred by a plastic surgeon as I am a breast cancer survivor. Add to how she makes me feels when I look in the mirrow now, her prices are extremely competitive. I would recommend anyone within the Seattle Metro area including the Kitsap Peninsula go to her. If you ever need a touch-up after she has done the original make-up, she does not charge full rate. Much less than anyone else in the Metro Area.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I sent the following to a number of PI attorneys, BBB, Chamber of commerce and my credit card company. I got nothing for free from DIANE other than scars. She still has my money for carving my forehead up. "I'm looking for an attorney regarding injury I sustained through a permanent make up procedure. Prior to the procedure I had to give me eyebrows, I was told this was similar to regular tattooing, but an organic substance was used (iron oxcide). I was told it would be one setting and the touch ups every 5 years or so depending on the individual. The cost was $400.00. She asked me questions over the phone and more in person. She said my drawn on brows were too thin. She drew thicker brows on with pencil. Arch was too high, brow too thick, so she removed it. After I was happy with the drawing, I signed permission for her to do this, but she started a whole different procedure from what she described, using what felt and sounded like a razor blade. She called it micro- blading. Right afterwards, I told her the brows were not at all even and I was not happy. She said over time they would change. I paid her and left very upset. I sent her photos that night and the next day, still unhappy. She ignored me. Each time I applied the ointment much of the color would come off showing deep cuts in the skin. Everyone who sees them is appalled. She finally texted me and acted semi professional, but on phone calls she called me names, made up things she claimed I said and was mean. In text she said she would redo them in February. I'm so scared of this. People I talk to who do this say she will likely make matters worse and leave more scars. I waited 5 days to wash my hair because she said to, and once I showered, almost all of the colored is gone. I look all carved up. She won't even consider a refund or partial refund. I'm disabled with a number of issues and 3 life threatening illnesses, which is why I have no brows. Please help me. I don't want anything for free, I just feel she either owes me the look she promised in writing, or my money back. Now I have to live with the scaring while she laughs and hangs up on me. Not fair to anyone."
