We have one daughter at STM. She is in kindergarten and we are very pleased with the program. I volunteer in the classroom a couple of times per month and it is a lovely place. The kids are dear and their teacher is wonderful. She runs a very organized classroom and all of the children move from center to center beautifully. My daughter is reading beginner books and there is a program through the STM library where you can pick out an age appropriate book and take a reading comprehension test on it. The class was assigned 50 sight words at the beginning of the year and most of the kids know all of the words. They are now working on spelling those words and then will turn to 50 more sight words they should know in 1st grade. In math they are doing simply addition and subtraction and learning about time. Religion is throughout. There is mass once a week. Virtues are stressed, as are the lives of the saints. Many of the coloring worksheets are traced pictures of the old religious masterworks (so a little art history in there!) She loves the science and social studies classes and the art, gym and music classes. I love how the holidays are celebrated. There was so much preparation for Christmas and then the school put on a polar express day for the last day of the semester! It was so sweet and took so much work from the teachers, staff and parents. We are really glad to be part of STM and our younger daughter is starting preschool there next year.

It is the worst school ever. If you want a Catholic school, this is the wrong place. Honestly they're teachers and staff have no consideration for the students. And the principal is the worst! If I were you I would not send my kids there. I should know I used to go there.

My two children started at STM in 2016. One was in third grade, and one was in fifth grade. We were transitioning from a public school to this school, and I will be honest in that it was a pretty big transition. The learning environment is completely different at STM, and my children have truly flourished. These teachers have very high expectations and hold the students very accountable. While they do have a good amount of homework, my kids have been incredibly successful, even more so than they were in our public school system. I cannot say enough great things about the school! We have truly had a wonderful experience both with the children and the teachers. The fact that they bring their faith to school every day and home with them makes it all the better!

We have had our 2 sons at STM since they were 2 years old in the Parents Day Out program. We have been thoroughly impressed and happy at every stage/grade so far!!! Sending our boys to STM has been one of the best decisions we have ever made for our family. We have been thrilled with all of our teachers so far, we adore Monsignor Tom and Father Greg, and the ladies in the office, particularly Laura and Linda, are great! The schools security system also makes us feel great, knowing that our boys are as safe and secure as possible during school. We love it and highly recommend it!

My son attended here for one year. The parents are nice, the students are nice. Safe atmosphere. Wasn't impressed with the education on any level. Not challenging, nor do they try to engage the minds of our young ones. The principal is completely out of touch with what is going on. Some of the other front office staff are unprofessional. Seemed more concerned with appearance. Love Monsignor, the church, and church faculty though.
