Years back, I was looking into daycares. As I walked past the 1 year old class I saw the teacher grab a little girls band an yank her like a rag doll! I told the owner and he didn't look like he was bothered.

I could not be more pleased with this school! Primrose provides a quality early childhood education in an enriched and safe environment. My son's teachers are exceptional, well qualified, and have a clear passion for children. The director is very warm, friendly, personable, and hands-on. Enrolling my son in this school was the best decision I've made, he loves it!

Primrose at collier parkway is nothing short than amazing! The staff treats each child as their own! I feel wherever my child is , the person who is looking after them should be second best to the individuals parent! I feel safe knowing that my child is being loved, taught and treated the same way they are at home. Primrose at collier is more than just a school, it's a family! I have a 1 yr old and 5 year old that attends and they both absolutely love it! Watching them not only excel but look forward to go to school just to share good news with their friends, teachers and staff speaks volumes about the relationships they have built while attending Primrose!

Primrose School at Collier Parkway is accredited by both AdvancED and NAC, National Association of Early Learning Leaders. We are not perfect by any means and we value the opinions of our customers and potential customers. We keep a detailed records of who visits our school. Unfortunately we do not know Ryan Brooks. and we are sorry that you feel our Director Ms. Hart was rude and disorganized. If there has been a problem, we certainly would like to address this with you so that we can make it right. Please contact us so that we can gain more information on what you are speaking of and make the necessary improvements. Regarding Sam D review the week of 11/20/2017. We are not sure when you toured, however I assure you if you reported your concerns to our school owner, it was handled privately with the employee according to standards around labor laws. We would love for you to email the director directly at ahart@primrosecollierparkway.com to help provide more piece of mind and hopefully you can come back in for another tour. Regarding Heather Lynn's Review 7/6/17: We are sorry that you have decided to remove your son from our program. As stated during our meeting, you are welcome to come spend time in the classroom to get a better feeling for our teachers interactions with your child. Our team of 3 consistent highly qualified teachers truly have enjoyed having your son with us for these past few weeks of Summer VPK and he has learned so much in such a short period of time. Our management team is made up of 4 administrators who spend a great deal of time in and out of every classroom. I too am a "momma bear" when it comes to my children and I completely understand your feelings. However, I wish you would give some more thought to your decision. Again, thank you for your time this morning, I really do appreciate your feedback. - Ms. Hart, School Director Mr. Magdy, We are so sorry that you feel that you had a bad experience at Primrose School at Collier Parkway. Thomas was only at our school for a short time before your family moved away. When you called us after picking up Thomas and stated his daily sheet did not show that his diaper was changed, we checked with the teachers in the classrooms who confirmed that his diaper was changed multiple times that day. It is our policy to check diapers on a hourly basis. Often the teachers document all diaper changes on separate paper. Then during nap time when the room is quiet they record the information on the children's daily reports. It clearly was a mistake on our part that it did not get documented on Thomas's daily sheet. We hope your family is doing well in your new environment and we truly enjoyed having Thomas here for the 4 weeks that you were enrolled. We wish you much success and happiness in your new home. Fabulous School with Fabulous teachers. New Director was hired in January 2015. Please come in and meet her!

I unfortunately had to remove my son from the VPK program here. My son told me that his teacher got mad at him after an altercation with another student and she squeezed his cheeks "really hard and hurt me and I cried"... were his exact words. I went into the school this morning to talk with the manager & the teacher. I was not at all pleased with the teachers response as she immediately started talking about my sons behavior and did not immediately say she did or didn't put her hands on him. She turned the conversation around several times until I flat out had to ask her if she did or did not put her hands on my kid which of course she denied. My son has never come to me and told me someone has hurt him in this way so I of course must take it seriously and just believe him. Im very disappointed that this happened.
