As first time parents, it is so hard to leave your child in the care of someone else. The staff and teachers at Primrose have made this transition so much easier for us. Our daughter is now 2 (started at 8 weeks old) and we have constantly been amazed about the teachers there. They truly care about the kids and treat them with so much respect and love. My daughter loves going there and has thrived in this environment. Our second baby will be starting in the infant room soon!

I love this school. The staff is warm and welcoming. This early childhood program prepares for Kindergarten and creates a love for learning.

Primrose School of Bloomingdale has been a horrible experience for my son and I over the last year. The school has changed a lot, and the quality of childcare is inadequate given the tuition prices. The teacher in the preschool classroom deals with the behavior of the 3 and 4 year old students in a very inappropriate manner. She is often abrasive and I questioned her honesty on several occasions. When my 3 year old son fell on the playground last December, the teacher made up a story about the events of the accident. Upon further investigation and review of the videotape, it was determined that the account from my 3 year old what was really happened. The teacher never saw the incident occur. When I received a phone call from Mrs. Carrol (the assistant director) she informed me "it was not a big deal, his tooth was just a little loose." I'm sure most parents would agree that her insensitive remarks are completely unacceptable. I would expect a higher standard of professionalism from an assistant director. The policies and fees of the school are constantly changing, as the quality diminishes. I've invested 5 years of my children's education at Primrose. High teacher turnover was evident this past year. Sadly, the quality educators (Ms. Finley, Ms. Reiner, Ms. Fredrick to name a few) that my oldest son had have all left. I will admit that Mrs. Rodriguez (VPK teacher) is the best thing about Primrose!! When I withdrew my son today, Mrs. Carroll did not even ask about the reasons. No surprise given her level of concern about situations in the past. After 5 years at Primrose School of Bloomingdale, I would expect more. Just because you're paying a lot of money does not mean you're receiving the best education for your child. There are better places in the Brandon/Valrico area.

There is always someone there to offer a warm and friendly greeting up front. I really respect the hard work from all the teachers and staff

Great, helpful staff. My grand daughter loves going to school and telling me about everything she has learned. I highly recommend this school. You will have peace of mind knowing your children will be in safe hands while learning.
