My wife and I LOVE this school. The owners and staff genuinely care about the kids, Pam at the front desk makes everyone feel like family. Our daughter has been here for almost a yr and she loves it. I get a kick out of how excited she gets when I asked her If she is ready for school. We can't say enough about this school. We highly recommend Primrose school of Midtown to everyone looking for a Safe,Stable,Educational and fun Pre-School and not just a "daycare".

My son enrolled at Primrose School of Midtown when he was 11 months old. We had to leave when he was 20 months old as we had to move to another state due to job relocation. During his 9 months at Primrose, I had the best experience! By the time he left he loved to sing, his vocabulary was >75 words, he could count to 5 and he had the best manners. I am convinced that his speech and language development have excelled as a direct result of his teachers. He loved his teachers and he was so comfortable during his time there. I could not be more grateful to Keri and her staff. She does a great job finding hard working and caring teachers. I was greeted with such kindness from day one. It was so nice that all the staff knew my son's name even if he was not in their class. I highly recommend Primrose Midtown!!

We have been part of the Primrose School of Midtown family since they opened in August 2010 and it has been an exceptional experience. The owners, director, teachers and staff are dedicated to providing the best possible care and support to young children and their families. The things we consider to be most crucial when entrusting our two young sons to others are also the top priorities at Primrose. A caring, fun, and nurturing learning environment is #1 and the teachers, administrators and staff at Primrose work hard each and every day to provide that setting for our children. Our boys literally bounce into their classrooms on any given day and they chatter on the ride home about their explorations and experiences in art, music, reading, counting, outdoor play and many other enrichment activities. Understanding the needs of each individual child and fostering trust with us as busy working parents is another key characteristic that Primrose staff demonstrate daily. Communication is critical to any successful child care arrangement and Primrose understands that. Primrose staff builds relationships with every family, they listen and take advantage of every opportunity to exchange information about your child. The teachers and caregivers make the effort to relay sweet stories and anecdotes about our boys, which makes us smile and provides that extra assurance that our children are in a good place when we cannot be with them. Finally, when issues or concerns arise, it is wonderful to know that you can bring them forward and work collaboratively to resolve them. Primrose constantly strives to deliver the best support to working families and they genuinely care about the stresses and concerns we have as parents. The director, owners and staff make themselves available and take the time to stay in touch with what is happening in the classroom and outside of it, to ensure that our children are happy, healthy and safe. Our previous experiences in child care range from a full-time nanny in our home to a Montessori preschool, church-run preschool and everything in between. We can honestly say that Primrose School of Midtown truly understands the needs of working families and young children, and they offer an amazing place for our kids!

Primrose of Midtown is absolutely great. The staff are caring, the administration does a great job with communication, the facilities are ample and clean. We actually came here because the facility that our child previously was at kept losing their best staff to Primrose. We figured there must be something to it, and there was. The staff are very happy (suggesting high likelihood of being compensated well), and are by and large amazing. It breaks our heart that we had to leave Primrose, but it didn't work for us logistically as a family anymore. We would give anything to transplant this place to be right near our home and work. If you send your child here, you won't be disappointed. They truly do an amazing job. The curriculum is extremely well-organized. The teachers do a great job with differentiated instruction, making sure that each child is being challenged on their own level, even in the context of the defined curriculum. It really feels like a family, from top to bottom, and not just a "daycare" or "pre-K". And the kids definitely have fun, and all pretty much fall in love with their teachers. Go to Primrose, you won't regret it!

Our two children have been attending Primrose since young infancy (now ages 2 and 4). We started there a couple of months after the school opened, so we have been growing with the school. Primrose is wonderful. Where to start? The front office staff are always warm and welcoming. The building itself feels very safe and secure, and I know the owner and director are both extremely safety conscious. On the rare occasion that there has been a lapse (these are human beings that run the school and human beings can never be 100% perfect), they have been upfront and honest with everyone with no attempts at hiding or covering up anything. The menus are generally wholesome with mostly cooked from scratch foods. My kids eat better there than they do at home. With rare exception, I have been pleased with my children's main and support teachers. The one or two times I've had an issue, it was easy to bring up with the director and owner, and the issue improved. These teachers really care about these kids, and the kids respond better to the teachers because of it. In the beginning, teacher turnover was a little higher than I liked, but as the school as grown, the teachers have become more stable and there is less turnover. Truly though, this school knows how to pick good teachers. The curriculum is good. The level of academics steadily increases as the children age, and I am pleased with the level of work in the preK classes. There are plenty of extra-curricular activities (Game Time, Spanish, and dance class) that can be done for an additional fee if desired. The only criticism I have is the class sizes. Probably every parent in every daycare/school feels this way. I think it's most notable in the preschool/3 yr old classroom where there the ratio is 1:12. In reality, it's usually way less than that as some kids are absent or show up late or leave early or there is a support teacher floating in the room. The ratios are on par with other high quality daycares in the area, but hey, we can always wish for smaller classes, right? Overall though, I recommend this place without reservation and am so glad to have Primrose as part of my family.
