my wife and I really love this school for our son. We have now been sending him there for 1 month and the experience has been positive. The teachers, the administrator, the owner all do a fantastic job. We did not even know of this school until we heard about it from a family friend, who also sends their children. Seeming that we currently live far away, I was cautious about the driving time to get deep into north garland, but I would say it's well worth the extra driving to get a quality education for your child. Upon arriving, I didn't even know it was a school. The appearances fooled me. However, seeing the multiple classrooms separated out for different development ages for children, and hearing about their teaching methodologies, diversity in ethnic background and teachers, I was impressed. The other important aspect we really enjoy, is that they allow outside food to be brought in. Despite appearing to be a small allowance in the school policy, it does go a long way in making mothers and fathers feel more a part of their child's life when they get to pack their lunch for them. Aside from re-investing into their school, the outside play area, I would only suggest that they have more parents teacher/admin nights or send "report cards" which show us where the child's strengths and weaknesses are, as we can more easily correct for this and focus more efforts on that. Other than that, I believe they are a fine school and do an excellent job!

My son has been enrolled in this school for a little over a month now and I believe it is a great school. The staff and owner are very friendly and do a great job with the students. One thing that caught my eye during the first visit was the diversity in the school, not only staff but the students there as well. This school has a lot to offer as far as quality education.

The staff are great! Always involved and truly care about ever child as if they're their own. It wasn't an easy transition from staying at home to a classroom setting 3-5 days a week, but they made it enjoyable for my son. It has been a great experience all around.

The headmaster and the staff are great. The environment is very friendly and it's a great place for kids to strengthen there base in learning. The school has a lot to offer and it's pure quality that the kids are getting. The staff pays a lot of attention with the kids and the kids matter to them a lot. We are happy with the outcome that we are getting from our child. Highly recommended place!!!

When I enrolled my kindergarten age son at North Garland Montessori, I never would have expected that they would be anything other than a private school. But this academy has far exceeded my expectations. North Garland Montessori is anything but 'just another private school'. The faculty, students, and parents are all family there. I never feel unsure or nervous while my child is at school. I know that he is with an entire team of teachers and administrators that know him by name and have genuine love for not only him but all of the students enrolled. As a parent it can be frightening sending your child to be in the custody of total strangers for nearly half of every weekday, but I can truly say that when we drop him off at school it feels more like dropping him off with a relative. I could not have wished for a better place to enroll him in school!
