Our daughter was only three months old when we enrolled her to Primrose of Las Colinas, and it is the BEST decision we have made. The daycare center is friendly, respectful and immaculately clean. The teachers caring for our daughter: Mrs. Stump, Mrs. Imran, and Ms. Zahid are the BEST! They are very caring, attentive, going above and beyond helping our daughter improve her motor skills, sitting, standing, and communication. I strongly recommend Primrose Las Colinas to any family looking for Daycare to call a second home. Thank you 😊

This school is by far the best at many levels. My son has been going there for the last 3.5 years and we have visited a couple of schools in other locations too when we had to relocate. None of the schools gave me the comfort that I have in sending my son to this school for several reasons like- cleanliness, the considerate staff, the patience to listen to parents questions and concerns. We have moved to a location that is further away from this school but we decided to send our son to this school although it's out of way for us. The teachers are really very nice, genuinely caring of the kids. My expectation was that my son goes to school happily, enjoys the day there, learn basic things for his age and all of my expectations are met. At times when he had his moments like any other kid, the teachers have been gentle enough and firm enough at the same time in handling the situation the right way. The best part is- they do not have a TV in classrooms which has become a common thing in most schools these days. This is definitely a point the school should be proud of, to manage kids without showing them TV, but still keep them engaged. We have see several schools that just turn on the TV to engage the kids when they are short staffed or if the teachers are busy with something. I would highly recommend this school and the entire staff should be proud for managing the school in such a way that it sets them way apart from almost all the schools out there that we have toured.

Please note, this review is based on a tour, not from my child enrolling and attending the school. I toured this school and was not impressed. First, I scheduled a tour two weeks ahead. When I got there, they were not prepared. I sat on a bench for 15 minutes with my impatient 3 year old, and not once did anyone say "Hey, I'm so sorry for the wait, we will be with you in just a second!" They were just chit chatting between themselves. As I was getting up to leave out of frustration, the director came and started the tour. She was very nice and seemed knowledgable. The facility itself was small. There was loud music playing and I discovered it was from these sweet little girls doing a dance class. The real kicker about the dance class was that they were doing it at the end of a hallway. These poor little things were doing dance class, that their parents pay extra for, in a cramped little hallway in front of an emergency exit.....................I asked Barbara, the director, if they always had the classes there and she told me yes, unless there was a class on a field trip. The teachers in my daughter's prospective classroom seemed nice enough. The playground was big. I was just so put off by the small facility and the lack of initial customer service. AND the tuition was kind of pricey. I will pay anything for my daughter's child care, if backed up/warranted. This was not.
