The Best school/daycare. We've been there for two years. There are couple of items that have to exist at a daycare for me to truly trust it, and Primrose First Colony tops my list. ONE: who will be in charge of my kids during my absence. The teachers are a very open to discuss progress and give tips on a situations like potty training and my kids love every teacher they had. I receive specific daily updates on my kids that are very aligned with our home values and teachings. Teachers are consistent, careful about discipline, very presentable in their uniform, and very caring with the kids, they make my job at home so much easier. TWO: The program, teachers and staff are consistent with schedules, training, communications, etc. The place, classrooms, and overall areas are immaculate clean. THREE: Great food choices, healthy and varied. My kids love the homemade cookie Wednesdays. FOUR: The Staff is very diligent in solving any difficulty or situation with integrity, clear communication, and professionally addresses parents concerns. What ever bad reviews, came from long time ago, forget it. This School is the top choice. Highly recommended if you are a concerned working parent and need a safe place for your kids that works with you. The kids really have a nourishing place to call "second-home" while you have to leave. Keep up the amazing work Primrose First Colony.

My daughter has been attending Primrose First Colony for almost a year and a half, starting at 6 months. She is in her 3rd classroom. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff and teachers. I have not had any major issues and can say that they do an excellent job communicating, so that I am always kept in the loop. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and polite. There are rarely any incidences, and none that are worrisome, within the classroom and the teachers are fantastic. I know my daughter is in good hands-she always runs and hugs her teachers with a big smile on her face and sometimes even cries when it's time to go home! They are more than attentive-we have had no diaper rash issues. She is very smart and has excellent communication skills and I attribute a lot of that to the learning that takes place in the classroom. They truly work with and engage the children. You cannot put a price on the peace of mind you get when you know your child is being well taken care of. I feel comfortable telling my coworkers and friends about Primrose because of the excellent care they have given my daughter. Thank you!

Never get your child to this school. It is total waste of money. I am very disappointed .The facilities are nice but the teachers are not warm and caring toward the children. Every time I have visited the classroom, the teachers are buried in curriculum planning and ignoring the children while chaos swirls around them. I have observed several instances of physically aggressive behavior by a handful of children and the teacher ignores it completely. The teachers seem miserable. Never trust their report papers. It is totally a lying. Once , I suddenly picked up my daughter after 1 and half hours dropping her there, They was rushed to give me a report which was telling me that my daughter took a nap for 1 hour, but c'mon,it was just 9:30 am , it's not even time for lunch yet. The report was written in advance without really reporting the truth. All in all, I would recommend choosing a different school.

poor staff. poor management. their main focus and only priority is money. if tina leaves the school maybe it would be better.Her sons are little monsters and everyone one is afraid to do a thing about it. my son has the scares to prove it. he was mangled and thats why we moved him to another school
