This place ripped me off as far as I see it a couple of years ago. It was my first experience of this nature & didn't know better. The equipment is old school needles, VERY painful & unnecessary. She was in a hurry. She had told me I might want to take a couple of Benedryl before hand. I made mistake of NOT wearing my eyebrow makeup as usual to give her something to go by. She used some STENCIL then needled (horribly) in what ended up looking like Angry Birds eyebrows. The technique is totally unnecessary unless your a beautician who is unwilling to learn& purchase modern equipment for your patron's comfort. She then told me she would NOT change or touch this work for 30 days. I work for the public. 30 days?!? I sat in my car after & cried. They did call to check how I was doing I said horrible I will not be wanting any more work done from you. NEVER an offer of money returned & I knew they wouldn't because I signed a form saying it wouldn't happen, no refunds! A few days later I found several places who were willing to fade & re-touch/color right away. I'm so glad I did, it was painless & pleasant & in no hurry, unlike Permanent Cosmetics by Donna. Ladies! Call around. I'm not promoting any other business. I have no agenda except to share my experience.
