Thank you Jacquie for the outstanding service and professionalism, your years of experience helped me make the right decision. I love the colour of my brows they suit my skin tone and my eyeliner is perfect! I would highly recommend your service and experience you go above and beyond to make your clients feel beautiful again.

This lady is a hot head. My husband and I hunted around for a business to get my brow microblading done. Another business we looked into said the touch up was included in their price so when we went to La Jolie it was a determining factor in whether we would get my brows done there. Then AFTER my procedure was done at my 2nd appointment the lady tells me that the touch up fee was $65, even if I only had 1 stroke added to my brows. I left feeling a bit confused, and in shock with my new brows. They are darker at first, so I was still adjusting to that. Plus I don’t like conflict so I didn’t say anything. Then before my touch up appointment my husband was upset with me for not saying anything so I made sure to inquire about it before she did the touch up. Boy was that a mistake!! This lady went from pleasant to crazy!! She does not handle conflict professionally and is a hot head. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LA JOLIE. Yes she can be pleasant but ask her the wrong question and she can flip on you at the drop of a dime. She said I was accusing her of being a liar, and that I offended her. She said we would have to re-book because she was too upset now to do my eyebrows. If you do go here I highly suggest being VERY CLEAR about everything especially as it pertains to pricing and getting HER to write down as she is very forgetful.
