This salon is awesome! Its very clean. Their waxing room is so relaxing, and smells unbelievable. The girl that did my pedicure was exellent!(Britney). I havent been to the stylists yet, but I happen to know that they are top notch. Also the nail techs that are there are amazing, and the free hand nail art that come out of there should be in magazines. So if your looking for a new salon where you can feel comfortable and well looked after, give them a call you won't regret it, I didnt.

Subpar experience. Before I booked my appointment I called and asked about their services. I was looking for a simple gel manicure, as normal nail polish chips too fast and looks unkempt. I asked the price differences between two different nail services as I've never actually gone to a salon to get my nails done before. On the phone the person I spoke with said a manicure includes a hand massage, and a few other things a normal polish didnt. I opted for the manicure as the hand massage sounded lovely. I wanted to get my nails done as a form of self care so I thought the hand massage would be a great addition. Unfortunately I barely recieved one by my nail person, she must have massaged them for two minutes or so. That was not quite what I was expecting. I paid for the service and left a decent tip as I thought everything was alright. But when I got home I inspected my nails more and saw they weren't as good as I thought they were when I left the salon. I found a piece of hair or something embedded into my nail. I think if I'm pay upwards of $50, my nails shouldn't have any noticeable flaws. That in itself is quite disappointing. Not only that, although I left a decent tip, I didnt find the service all that great. I mean, it wasnt TERRIBLE, but it also wasnt good. The entire atmosphere it self lacked warmth in my opinion, and I mean if you're going somewhere to contribute to your overall wellbeing and happiness, and paying for it, I'd think you'd want a more inviting place. No one who worked there smiled at me, or asked how my day was, and the only time I received a smile was when I was leaving! Awkward. I tried to call the manager via the phone number provided on their website (and the one I used to make my initial appointment) and no one answered or called me back. I left a message stating my concern and my phone number. It's been almost a week and based on my call history they haven't even tried since. I will be going to another nail salon in the future, a place where the staff are more friendly and attentive to their work.
