My sister and I both had the microblading of our eye brows and loved them so much, we decided on the eyeliner as well. Clean and professional as well as personable. Shari does a great job and works at keeping the customer happy

My mother has stage IV cancer and is receiving chemotherapy. She went to Resolutions2 for assistance with obtaining and styling her first wig. She returned to the store when the product had arrived and was very unhappy with the product, i.e., it was too large and bulky for her petite frame. The stylist told my mother that she was busy and that she would have to come back to have the wig styled. First of all, the Resolutions2 staff member did not take measurements before ordering the wig. My mother is petite, but received a regular size wig. She was extremely upset about the wig and the service she had received that day. Unfortunately, I live out of state and was not able to help her resolve the issue in person. I spoke with the owner Shari Messenger via telephone and explained the situation and the concerns on behalf of my mother and as a medical professional. The first red flag was that she defended her employee and did not acknowledge my mother’s concerns and/or observations. There was absolutely no ownership or accountability from her end. I told Ms. Messenger that my mom was not happy with the product and service and would like to return the wig. I clearly stated that the purpose of my call was to ensure that the return would be accepted and processed expeditiously, as I did not want my mother to experience any additional stress related to this transaction. Ms. Messenger agreed to honor my request and I was under the impression that everything was resolved at the end of our conversation. When my mother revisited to the store to finalize the return. Ms. Messenger pulled her aside to criticize and lecture her about her “horrible daughter that was rude and unprofessional.” If she was upset with me, what is the point of discussing this with my mother? What type of person conducts herself in this manner when interacting and/or providing services to a client with terminal cancer? The header on the Resolutions2 website is “Women Helping Women.” There was nothing “helpful” or compassionate about our experience with this company. Do not utilize their services if you expect professionalism or compassion.

I can't believe I waited so long to have my eyebrows done by Shari. I have issues with my thyroid and have drawn on my eyebrows for several years. The pain is minimal and healing is very quick and easy. It really has given me more self confidence and they look "real". Thanks again Shari, you are the best!

I work at Resolutions2 and I have watched ladies get permanent makeup for the past 3 years . I loved how it look but my fear of pain kept me from having mine done. One day I decided to have both my eyebrows and eyeliner done, Shari and Diana told me it wasn't painful but I have anxiety so I took a valium to help me relax and it was a piece of cake!! I have 2 small children and it cuts my getting ready time in half. I put eye shadow and mascara on and go. It's also nice to look like you have makeup on when you don't.
