Loving my new brows! The whole process felt meant to be. In all honesty, I didn’t read any reviews. I was sold while looking the photo gallery. Every client whom Joanna has worked on, clearly looks amazing with their new set of brows. That’s when I knew my search was over and I had to just pick up the phone and schedule my first consult. I do not have any tattoos so I had no idea how the procedure was going to be or react with my skin. Followed protocol and wow it was a breeze. Didn’t find it painful at all, it was quicker then expected and the healing process has been nice and easy. No redness, swelling, etc. I am literally waking up with beautiful full natural brows every morning. It has been great!!!

Joanna is the best brow artist around!! She's so sweet and makes you feel very comfortable during the process. She's also very knowledgeable & professional about her work. My brows came out so beautiful & I highly recommend her service.

Joanna Cruz is a professional, her craftsmanship and knowledge in her field is on point. I gave her my complete trust when she microshaded my brows, and I couldn't be happier with the results. When you go to Joanna, she deeply cares and considers what looks best for you and she'll delivers. She is an artist "work in progress", who is in a continuous learning mode so she can provide the most up to date technology to the most important person in her field - YOU the client!

I had a great experience with Joanna at The Brow Clinic. I have had eyebrows tattooed previously, which made my situation a little trickier. I was realistic with my expectations, and I was still satisfied with my result. She color corrected what I had very well. She is personable and friendly. It was a pleasure to have the procedure, as it was also almost totally painless. Her shop is clean and inviting. I’d recommend anyone to see her for their brows. Can’t wait for my touch up visit!

Joanna is phenomenal, her beautiful work, vibrant personality and diligent attention to detail are a few of the many reasons to go see her. I have had my brows done several times prior and years back and she was willing to consult with me as well as perform microshading on my brows when many other artists wouldn't have the confidence to. My brows look awesome and I have received many great comments about them and I'm only healing. Cant wait till I complete with my touch up!!!!!!!! Thanks Joanna for your time and patience to help me feel confident again.
