Sheila was very informative and detail oriented when reviewing both my paperwork and the precision of my brows. I have been complemented by all of my coworkers. I feel like my face has brightened up. Even better yet is the fact that the procedure was pain free. I would highly recommend the procedure and Brow Bar. Sheila gets a thumbs up from me and five stars. Thank you Sheila.

It’s time to place my review. After months of believing what “Shiela” told me regarding my UNpermanent upper & lower eyeliner procedure, I now know that what happened to me was NOT normal, and I thank God I never went back to allow her to “fix” my non existent eyeliner that literally came off in single strips 48 hours after she had performed the procedure. I went through close to 4 hours of having my eyeliner tattooed onto my upper & lower eyelids. At first, I enjoyed talking with the owner while she worked on me. I had purchased a Groupon deal for my upper eye lids & then paid an additional $250 cash for my lower lids. Add another $100 for the tip I gave to “Sheila”. Her real name isn’t Sheila- just so everyone is clear. Long story short, 48 hours after my procedure which did NOT feel good, I looked in my bathroom mirror and saw that the newly healing ink on my eyelid was GONE. I looked closely at the one that was left, but saw it was actually on the surface of my eyelid, barely even attached! Right away, I took pictures and sent them to “Shiela”. I told her in the message that there was a problem. She saw what I just described. She told me this was a perfectly normal issue, but she needed my eyelids to be completely healed before she repeated the entire process... I was extremely apprehensive about allowing her to do this to me again. It HURTS! She told me I was not getting my money back under any circumstances, so I figured I should just do it. She was fully aware I have a young child and being in the amount of pain I was in with my son was not good. The morning I was supposed to go to get tortured again, my gut began telling me to stay away. I was SO DISAPPOINTED! It wasn’t worth my eyesight, so I cut my losses. Recently, I elected to get the procedure done in a proper facility- not an office turned into a makeshift tattoo/micro blading shop. I was told my eyeliner should’ve NEVER just come off the way it did and contrary to what I was told- I did nothing wrong. Please be aware that there are many things that are just not right with this place. Do not sign ANYTHING! I’m sure it’s a matter of time before “Brow Bar” is shut down, but in the meantime, please be VERY careful!
