I love me some Heidi! I’ve gotten both top and bitter eyeliner and I’m happy as a lark. Turned my friend on to her for eyebrows and she’s ecstatic!! Thank you Heida again and again!!

This is the second time I have been to Heidi for permanent makeup. She is excellent at what she does and I recommend her to anyone who wants to wake up in the morning looking ready to walk out the door. She is the very best in the permanent makeup field!

Heidi Lassiter did my eyebrows 20 years ago and I was very pleased so I sought her out to do them again. First visit my skin did not hold as much ink as we’d hoped which is not her fault. However she tattooed my brows two different shapes, which was upsetting One has a rounded arch and the other has a sharp pointed arch. They are visibly different shapes and the arch thickness was also uneven.. I went back a second time and in order for her to correct this without thickening the brow we agreed she would extend the end of the brow out. Not only did this not fix her original error, but she was so heavy handed that the ends look as if she markered them onto my face. The beginning of the brows are lighter with feather strokes until just past the arch where they are much darker and solid. The end of my left brow splits into two points instead of one end. I contacted Heidi and very nicely asked for a refund. I sent her photos that show undeniably poor work. Heidi referred to my concerns as “complaining “ though she did offer to have me come back a third time to “fix them”… I declined because there’s no way I’m letting her near my eyebrows again. Heidi took no personal or professional responsibility for her poor work on my brows. When I asked for a refund she said she has a no refund policy and if she refunded me then she’d have to refund others too. Even if she refunded me it wouldn’t come close to what I’ll need to laser these off and redo them. I will be posting before and after photos later this week. The proof is in the pictures.

Heidi's attention to detail is untouched. She truly has a great eye for choosing the right pigment while being a real perfectionist in the best possible way. I love my eyebrows SO much... i only wish i would have had them done sooner.
