Jessie was really amazing when doing my brows. I was calm and relaxed throughout the whole process. I felt well educated on each step of my new brows which also put my anxiety at ease. I was a little nervous to finally get my semi permanent brows but I am more than satisfied with Jessie's work. She was super clean and professional and took great care of me and my brows! I hope I never go another day in my life without my brows by Jessie. They are seriously life changing!!

I’ve never left a review on anything before but I felt the need to let people know my experience with Jessie Dillon. I was unbelievably pleased with her professionalism. She made me feel completely at ease when getting my lash extensions (which I was extremely nervous to have done.) The finished product was amazing!! I have gotten SO many compliments on how my lashes look.. even weeks later! I would absolutely recommend Jessie Dillon to anyone looking to get their lashes or brows done! I will be a reoccurring customer of hers!

I have had eyelash extensions done by a handful of people in my life, but never have I received such fabulous lashes as I did from Jessie. She is so professional, and so precise with her lash placement. I walked out feeling like a million bucks. She walks you through every step and is very thorough on aftercare. She made me feel very comfortable, and took her time compared to other times having this service done where I felt rushed and like what I wanted didn’t matter. She is thoroughly trained, properly certified, and has a lot of experience with a variety of services. If you were looking for THE place to go, she won’t let you down!!

Jessie Dillon was very unprofessional and has zero customer service skills. She made my eyebrows uneven then wanted to charge me 100$ for a follow up to correct them and still felt as though she was not wrong. She’s a rookie and is unconfident in her own artistry, Imagine getting a boob job and one being higher than the other and the surgeon making you repay to fix them ha ha. She also slammed the door as we were walking out of her office! If I could give zero stars I would but unfortunately google does not give me that option. Here’s some tips for owning a business Jessie.... 1. Customer retention is far less expensive than customer acquisition 2. Great customer service results in a reduction of overall problems 3. Excellent customer service improves public persona and strengthens your brand 4. It conveys strong moral values and beliefs in the company's mission 5. Great customer service opens doors for new partnerships and other opportunities Please save yourself and do not go to her.

From the minute I walked in until I left was an amazing experience. I had questions and she had answers. I went to Jessie for the Ombre Brows and with it being semi-permanent, that's not something to take a risk on. She's very honest and has a steady hand. I am absolutely obsessed with my eyebrows and I can't wait for my 6 week touch-up which is the final step. She's truly an artist and her prices are very competitive compared to others. I can't think of one negative remark to give. Blessed to not have had a bad experience.
