Had breast reduction surgery and abdominal liposuction with Dr. Oxley. The consultation was unremarkable. I felt rushed through the 10 minute consult. His attitude was dismissive of my concerns at best, and arrogant at worst. On the day of surgery, he did not talk to me at all when he was marking me up, and his attitude was such that I was intimidated to even ask any questions. After I woke up, he had already left for a long weekend and no one from his office was around. I had an overnight hospital stay. He hadn't even bothered leaving instructions with the shift nurse. I had bleeding from my right ear which no one knew what was causing it, since no procedure was done on my head/ears. Two weeks post op, I raised a concern that my breasts were asymmetrical, the right one very noticeably smaller and higher than the left. Also, there was a noticeable dent on one breast and puckering around incision lines. My belly was all uneven, with bumps and dents from improperly done lipo. He was clearly irritated that I wasn't happy with his clearly inferior work, he snapped at me and aggressively tried to shut me up and dismissed my concerns by saying my "results are underwhelming". I would have words that better describe my results; "butchered" is more like it! It took me several thousands of dollars and endless amount of pain to have his mistakes corrected by a "real qualified" surgeon to finally get decent looking breasts and belly. I do not recommend Dr. Oxley for any plastic surgery.

**** Breast Reduction Surgery**** My experience from the consultation to surgery with Dr. Oxley was positive across the board. From the time I met him for my consultation , I knew that I had complete trust in his abilities and there was no turning back. Dr. Oxley has great bedside manner , and as a patient this is incredibly important when discussing any form of treatment. He was happy to answer any of my questions and put my mind at ease while explaining the possible risks involved. There was a one year waiting list to get my surgery since this procedure was going to be covered under my MSP ( so grateful for this !). Almost to the day - a year later I received a call with surgery date options. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and I appreciate dealing with administrative staff who are knowledgeable and kind. Dr.Oxley had a short consultation with me prior to going into surgery to ask if I had any further questions and I was able to discuss the size I would like my breasts reduced to. Dr.Oxley assured me I would get the size I was wanting. Post surgery - the hospital staff were very attentive and a follow up date was arranged with me and I was able to go home the same day! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the amazing experience I had as your patient ðŸ˜ŠYour name will be recommended to anyone I know looking to do this type of surgery! P.S - please keep in mind that negative reviews are that of patients own individual experience and many different factors need to be taken into account while reading the negative comments. Try not to form a bias based on previously written negative reviews. I pushed what I read aside and was able to make my own first impression of Dr.Oxley ..which in the end helped make my experience a very positive one. Sincerely A happy patient Alexandra W.
