I can honestly say that my first experience with Med-Aesthetics was phenomenal. I was a huge skeptic about all cosmetic procedures and I spent a lot of time gathering reliable research while trying to source out a reputable clinic. When I found Med-Aesthetics I was immediately impressed with the amount of accurate information the website provided that I decided to book a consultation. When I arrived at my consultation I was welcomed by Karyn Baily who not only took my requests and concerns with the utmost professionalism, but really took the time to explain the procedure to me in thorough detail. When I initially walked into the clinic I was nervous and apprehensive, but from the moment Karen introduced herself to me, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. Karyn took the time to get to know me outside of just simply providing information on a procedure. Both Dr. Mark Baily and Karyn were truly exceptional. Prior to the procedure, Karyn kept in contact with me and made sure she was available to address any questions or concerns that I had, while providing me with very detailed Do’s and Don’ts list to ensure there would be not complications during or after the procedure. When I arrived at Med-Aesthetics for my procedure my nerves suddenly arrived in full force but both Dr. Mark Baily and Karyn once again made me comfortable as they promised to explain everything in detail just as they were doing it. They talked me through it every step of the way and after the procedure and Karyn assured me that should I have any discomfort or concerns, she would be available no matter what the time. I honestly can’t applaud them enough! Dr. Mark Baily and Karyn are both undeniably knowledgeable and genuine and I am so grateful for my experience with them both!
