A family member recently had an area, of previous injury, grafted. This decision was not made lightly. We initially considered a Toronto location but the cost would have been more than double the price not to mention inconvenient to get to. Dr. Cole and his entire team treat you with great respect and kindness. The location, furnishings, attention to detail and skilled staff assure you you’re in good hands. Dr. Cole has years of experience and the results so far are more than we thought possible. He’s very approachable, has a great sense of humour and the team adhere to strict sterile procedure methods. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Cole and his team to anyone looking for hair transplantation or any of the cosmetic procedures they also offer. We are gratefully indebted to him and his staff. ❤️

Came in for some Juvederm, and had a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be returning for future procedures.

My consultation appointment was for 11:45pm. I waited and... waited and... waited. Went out to the lobby at 1:30pm to inform staff I was leaving. As apologetic as they were I was annoyed by then and did not care for them to “grab the Dr.” My time is just as important as theirs. Appointments are made for a reason- to see client/patient for that time! Not impressed.

I had a procedure today at the Cole Clinic and I must say Dr. Cole is delightful, he’s down to earth with a great sense of humour. The staff and front attendant went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at home. My experience was nothing short of excellent and I feel confident my procedure was a success. Thanks for letting me talk your ears off. Eric P.

Great experience with Dr Cole and his team. If you are considering a hair transplant, this is the place to go. Dr Cole was very patient and explained all the options. The transplant itself went very smoothly. It has now been a week and everything is going exactly as he said it would. Had some tenderness for the first few days at the donar site and some itching on top of the head. Great job!
