Dr. Petra Schiller did my upper eyelid surgery (Upper Blepharoplasty) on May 28 / 2021. I was not satisfied with the result, I talked to her for a few times, she suggested me to do eyebrow lifting, I thought this is very unreasonable, I said to her, I paid for eyelid surgery to get rid of my dropping eyelid, but my eyelids are still dropping. this is not what I wanted. I am not doing eyebrow lifting for sure. Finally, she agreed to do it again on Aug 8 / 2022. She pushed the needle with anesthesia was way too deep in my eyes, it was shocking pain right into my eye. It was absolutely intolerable!!!!!!!! I screamed, it hurts!!! But she said to me, it’s normal to hurt more on second surgery. Then she hurt me again, again... After the surgery, my eyes couldn't open for many days. What a nightmare!!! Why my eyes couldn't open for many day after the surgery??? Is that normal??? No! Please find it out any way you want! The answer is NO!!!

All female surgical team for my first carpal tunnel release surgery. They were just the greatest. Had my second carpal tunnel release surgery 3 months after the first. Not all female this time but totally awesome just the same. From Dr. Calhoun, the anesthesiologist, to Dr Balaban who assisted, along with the talented and lovely Dr. Schiller, my surgery was stress free. They were all so nice and kind as were the nurses.

Dr. Schiller is a great doctor. She is warm, friendly and caring. She takes the time to answer questions and calm fears.

Absolutely horrendous service. I had a serious complication to my implants in which I required an explant immediately. I was relieved to hear the Dr. Schiller was covered by OHIP. The secretary booked me in for an appointment as soon as possible. When I got to the appointment I was told "this is not a walk-in clinic" by Dr. Schiller after specifically being given the appointment because the secretary negligently forgot to book me in. Both the secretary & the physician shamed me in front of the patients waiting - it was definitely not a pleasant experience.

I am very happy with Dr Schiller. I feel blessed as one of her patients. I had an issue (hardening) with my breast implant that was first put on > 8 years ago and she was very professional and wonderful since my first appointment. I had the surgery to replace one implant (rigth side) in 2016 and everything went well. She is really great! I would definitely recommend her for anyone who needs a beautiful and perfect plastic surgery. Around 8 months after the right side replacement the other side started showing the same hardening type of problem. I went to see Dr. Schiller again and she did my left side implant replacement. Everything went well and I am very happy ðŸ˜Š and of course I feel very blessed to have had 2 successful surgeries with this amazing doctor.
