FULL WARNING!!! The Worst Place on Earth!! You are being warned!!! They will send you to COLLECTIONS! The Biller Nicole is the worst to deal with. I said congratulations on sending me to collections over a bill I had no idea existed! She tells me..don’t you use that language with me.???? Then I contacted the So called Amanda the Manager, and she immediately had an attitude with me because her Biller had called and cleaned up our conversation making me look like the devil. Instead of hearing what the customer who is paying has to say, she immediately told me that she will NOT listen or to anything I have to say. Warning!!! Find Another Place! Can’t believe they are still in business and these two still have Jobs!

Initially I waited in the waiting room approx 15 minutes after my scheduled appt. Then waited in the exam room another 90 minutes, I inquired as to why? I was told they are always backed up on Wednesday's. With that said, they are very aware that this is an issue. Once the physician, Dr. D. Stewart came in, after another 10 minutes, I saw him for five minutes. He mumbled more to the RN than me, the patient. Very disrespectful and arrogant. Those days of medicine are in the past. I might try the practice again, but definitely not on a Wednesday and definitely not with Dr. Stewart.

They told me they were a Henry Ford provider and took Henry Ford Insurance. They are NOT a Henry Ford provider and I got a bill for $210. 69 instead of the $40 co-pay I expected. Total scam in my opinion. "Just a big misunderstanding".......Riiiiight!

Everything you have read about the wait times is true, I cannot believe they operate this way. For reference, this was 3pm on a Monday.

Had a 4pm BOTOX appt at the Spa, turned out it was at the dermo factory next door. This place looks like a mail room with 50 ppl scattering patients around like packages. Waited 1/2 hr in waiting room, then another 40 min in exam room. No one came in to see me, i stepped out & asked is anyone going to come in? I'm here for cosmetic, not medical. The 27 ppl at the counter all just stared at me. Never in my life have i had to beg to pay top dollar for BOTOX services. Took off work for this appt, i just ended up walking out. Totally unprofessional. Would much rather deal with arrogant west side SPA where you actually feel like your at a spa. Terrible.
