I had my surgery with Dr Kotoske on June 29, 2016. I travel a lot and when I show my picture from May 2016 people think it is my Mom! He is an amazing person, artist, surgeon and cares so much. Nicole is incredible also. I researched and had consults from surgeons for two years before I selected him, it was not even close with the others.. I now look like I feel (versus 58). Thank you Dr. Kotoske.

He did a terrible job. He promised me that if I didn't like my results he would redo it. After I complained for months. He blamed my body for not healing and he didn't redo the surgery. Please so anywhere else. This guy shouldn't be a surgeon. He's a scammer. He will use your insecurities against you. And he will avoid you at all costs. I called and scheduled an appointment. He didn't schedule until 6 months later and when I was on my way there his office called me and cancelled my appointment. They never called me back to reschedule. He shouldn't practice as a doctor.

1/10/2010 had nose job with dr. Kotoske. It's been 7 years and I wanna cry every time I look in the mirror I hate taking photos because of my ugly nose, I had wide nose when I went in and asked him to make it look natural and alot smaller, I still have 2 stitches " the dr. I see now to fix my nose showed me where is the stitches". My left nozzle has collapsed, so my nozzles one is bigger then the other. The tip of my nose is huge. Anyway I had horrible experience and after 7 years I finally found the right dr. In Beverly Hills, hes not cheep but his work is amazing..... I wish I can show photos here P.s. do your search before u decid who to go with

A truly gifted surgeon. I am extremely pleased with my facial surgery results. Dr. Kotoske did a wonderful job. He explained every option in detail and ALL of his predictions such as discomfort level and time off work were extremely accurate. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Kotoske and his staff. I highly recommend this surgeon and his talented staff for your cosmetic treatments.
