I recently went to Dr. Niccole for a reduction with an implant exchange. I'd had an augmentation 10 years ago by a different doctor, and after my son was born, my breasts just kept getting bigger and bigger. Now, after the reduction surgery with Dr. Niccole, my body is much more proportional with a normal-sized chest. My husband really likes it. Before I had to wear two to three sports bras when I exercised. It's nice to only wear one. It was very comforting the morning of the surgery when Dr. Niccole came in bright and smiling, saying he was just done with a work out and ready for surgery. He was so energetic and it was only 5 a.m. Dr. Niccole is a perfectionist in the best sense. He had me come back a few months later to get the skin tightened. When I go in for visits he doesn't rush me through my questions, and he is very thorough. He's trustworthy and I know he cares. He's like a kind uncle.

Since I had my son 12 years ago, my breasts have been sort of saggy--not ugly but I wanted to be comfortable in the clothes I wanted to wear. Three of my friends had their breasts done by Dr. Niccole so I was able to see his work. I was pleased after I first walked into CosmetiCare and met with Cheri, who did my consultation. I'd planned to go over muscle, but Cheri explained and gave me examples of what could happen if the implants were placed over muscle. Another doctor I'd consulted with never mentioned these risks. And then when I met with Dr. Niccole, he was really honest. I'd wanted a bigger size but didn't get the bigger size because I followed Dr. Niccole's recommendation about what would look best. The result is that they are big enough and proportionate. They look sexy. Thankfully Dr. Niccole understood what I was going for, because I was new to this and didn't understand what the bigger size would look like. On the day of the surgery, I was nervous but the nurse Sarah and everyone else made me comfortable. The post-op directions were amazingly clear, and what I couldn't remember, they wrote down. Even when I had questions, nobody got frustrated. After the surgery, I called them because I thought one breast was higher than the other. One was dropping. Sarah asked me to email a picture, which I did. She said I wasn't wearing the band high enough on one side so instead of having to come in, she figured out the solution right away. A few weeks later, they were proportionate to each other. I love Dr. Niccole. I am saving up for rhinoplasty with him!

I grew up feeling really self-conscious because I've always been totally flat just like a boy. When I was in high school my mom said I could get a breast augmentation when I turned 18 if I still felt so self-conscious. We thought I'd have to wait till after college, but it just worked out perfectly. I got was able to get a breast augmentation at CosmetiCare in between the fall and spring semesters and recover in time to go back to school. My mom had gotten a procedure from Dr. Niccole years ago so I knew I could trust him. I was surprised how comfortable Dr. Niccole was able to make me feel. A lot of doctors I've had wouldn't even speak to me, just to the nurse. But he spoke to me and was very friendly. I love what he did with my body. I didn't want to go much bigger, I just wanted a little shape. Now I can wear all kinds of things that I couldn't wear before because they would fall away from my body. A few of my friends have noticed the difference. They and my family have been so supportive and are happy for me.

I had gotten a breast augmentation from Dr. Niccole in 2001 and with aging and having another child, it was time to get some more work done. It's been several months since the procedure now, and it really is such a relief to look and feel so much better. My friends have noticed the significant confidence boost and my husband is of course very happy. The amazing thing about Dr. Niccole is he's honest and isn't in it for the money. I had actually thought I would want to go bigger, and he talked me out of it because of my body structure, being fit but still on the shorter side. He didn't think I would look good, and it would mean removing and replacing the silicone implants. They are still in good condition, so all he had to do was remove excess skin and tighten things up. He went in through the original incision so there's not a new scar. I'm so happy I listened to him now. Another thing about him is that he does keep a really caring staff who can answer questions, but he calls to check in. Even the night after the procedure he called even though I was coming in the next day. I experienced the same care from him the first time, so he is consistent in his care, and I know he treats all of his patients the same way.

When I decided to see Dr. Niccole about getting a breast augmentation, I wanted to look like I was wearing a pushup bra but not fake so I could wear those cute bralettes and sports bras without padding. Since I didn't want my breasts to look fake, I didn't give Dr. Niccole the size I wanted but left it to him to interpret and he got it just right! I was really pleased with the results, especially after they dropped. I was also really pleased with the procedure itself and the aftercare. I was nervous because when one of my friends had surgery, she was in pain and stayed home for two weeks. But I had the opposite experience with Dr. Niccole. I woke up feeling fine and literally went home, took a nap, took my medication and went on a walk like they suggested. I didn't have to take pain pills after the second day. The staff was really great about follow up when I had a question. The doctor suggested I use this silicon tape to help me heal so my scars are faint and the same color as my skin. You can't see them unless I am lying down with my arms over my head. Dr. Niccole gave me the exact look I wanted and it was pretty painless and easy.
