I had an Exceptional Experience at Dr. Thomas Barnes Cosmetic Surgery & Laser Center. Three of my friends had gone to Dr. Barnes for procedures and they all were very happy and satisfied with their results. Dr. Barnes and his staff made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. It did not bother me when he was giving me the shots to numb the area he was working on. The way he does the neck lift was actually a relaxing experience and made a huge difference. The mini face lift turned out great as well. He talked me through the whole procedure and made me feel very comfortable. The follow up after the procedure was exceptional. He is available to his patients and gets back to them quickly. Dr. Barnes is an expert at giving his patients that very natural look. Unless I tell people, they think I look refreshed and younger. He took 15+ years off my appearance and improved my profile significantly. When you are looking for a Top-Notch Cosmetic Surgeon, contact Dr. Thomas Barnes Office. You will not be disappointed. He has over 20 years of experience & extensive board certifications. My friends and co-workers are amazed at the results and how natural I look. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas Barnes for Cosmetic Surgical Procedures. Great work Dr. Barnes and staff!!!

Tom, The way you just treated me on the phone just now is rude. I did not call to bother you. I did not take up your valuable time. I sent you a letter. I sent a follow up email to see if you got it. You called me. You said you had "30 seconds in between surgeries". Question How would you feel if you offered to do a surgery and the patient demanded a 30 second explanation between a manicure and a pedicure..? And when you didn't give a 30 second explanation the patient hung up the phone..? What would you think of that person..? Thank you for telling me to have a nice day though.

TICKLE Liposuction. I have had regular liposuction before and it hurts. I just had TICKLE Liposuction on my stomach by Dr. Barnes, awake and there was no pain at all. I was able to go out that evening also. With Doctor Barnes procedure he actually sculpts and contours the area giving you a six pack type of result. When you are considering liposuction ONLY consider the Tickle method. ONLY consider a Surgeon that can sculpt and contour, rather than just suck the fat out.

Posting for my wife: Let me begin by telling you, Dr. Thomas Barnes is a saint! After he performed a mini facelift on me, I now, literally look 20 years younger. I carefully chose him above all of his competition because of his extensive Board certifications, his credentials, background, 18 years of experience and his high ethics. He tops the list for all of these. I came to him wanting a mini facelift (I am female, 58 years old) and ended up with that, as well as a neck lift, and upper and lower eye lifts. With the other 7 plastic surgeons I consulted with, there was no way I could have afforded their fee to have all that done. But Dr. Barnes cares so much about his patients' happiness, that he works within your budget to achieve the best results for you personally. He is not cookie-cutter like most plastic surgeons. He is kind and thoughtful and will spend as much time with you as necessary, listening to what you hope to achieve and when all is said and done, you end up with a look far more beautiful then you ever expected. That is the difference when you choose him as your plastic surgeon. He wants you to be extremely satisfied. I know I am -- and far beyond my expectations. People literally think I am now my husband's daughter ! All because of Dr. Barnes' superb skill and artistry. I truly feel he is more than an excellent plastic surgeon, he is a master sculpturer, as well. His wonderful staff, Nina and Debra, are not only knowledgeable but immediately make you feel like part of the family. I am recommending Dr. Barnes to everyone I know and I hope my experience encourages you to go seem him for any cosmetic procedures as you'll be forever grateful that you did.
