I left after Ravenesse, a delicious hyaluronic filler, without bruising or swelling, and looking rested and completely natural, not "done."

The overview: Wonderful experience from start to finish. Dr. Kian Karimi is a true professional and really one of a kind in this field -- from expertise to attitude and service. I'm glad I did my research and chose him to perform my surgery which was both aesthetic and functional. I'm 6 weeks post-op and already seeing beautiful results! Keep reading for more depth: When I say I did my research, I mean months of relentless reading. I wanted a doctor with proficiency in both otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery. While I had some options in my hometown, Las Vegas, the only ones I felt fit the bill were reviewed by close friends of mine to have arrogant attitudes that treated their patients like numbers. I didn't want to spend money to consult with doctors that treated my friends this way. Dr. Karimi consulted with me complimentary via skype initially so I could get a feel for things. He made me feel comfortable immediately, and his bedside manner remained as such throughout the process. He listened to all of my concerns with sincerity and addressed all of my needs. I had a rhinoplasty, septoplasty, balloon sinuplasty, and turbinate reduction during the procedure. I'm already breathing better and don't have the daily facial pressure and pain that I was having for so long! I'm also loving my new look and continue to enjoy subtle improvements daily. The office is elegant and tastefully decorated. Pay-for-parking wasn't ideal, but they do provide some compensation to assist. Staff is upbeat and friendly (and seemed genuinely excited for my results). They were also really helpful during the process of getting approved time off from my job for adequate recovery. The surgery coordinator, Marilou, was also incredibly helpful with coordinating everything through my insurance and assuring me that I would be well taken care of! This was worth the out of state travel, as this experience has been great all around. I would highly recommend to all friends and family looking to address all of their ENT & facial plastic surgery needs!

I'm in the afterglow moments of having a neck and lower face lift. I wake up each morning and cannot believe that Dr. Karimi listened so well to my desire to look like the refresh button was pushed. Nothing drastic. I simply wanted to appear relaxed, like I'd had the best night of sleep. My turkey neck is completely gone, my jowls have disappeared and the extra fleshy skin on my cheeks that made me look doughy is now history. I am amazed, also, at the immediate psychological impact. I seem to have more energy and confidence. Dr. Karimi and his staff could not have been warmer. They build trust with every visit. This was my first experience with cosmetic surgery so, frankly, I was anxious. But there were no surprises before, during or after surgery and now I have the most amazing gift of subtle transformation. I heartily recommend Dr. Karimi and his excellent staff!

I really enjoy visiting Dr. Karimi's office-- it's clean, the front desk people are friendly (Robbie knows me by name) and although I have yet to work with the esthetician there, she is always nice, too. I've been seeing their office for about a year and a half now, getting Xeomin and microneedling to remove scars. Their work is pretty flawless, though I do often need more than one microneedling session to remove darker spots. One thing I'm saddened by though is the recent transfer of Neethi (the RN) to another office. She's great at her job (and her rates are a bit less than Dr. Karimi), and unfortunately left when we had an upcoming session scheduled. I will miss her! It's tough to get used to new people working on you (almost like a hair dresser!) So I will just have to see how the new RN is. Overall, I highly recommend this office for all your aesthetic needs.
