I contacted Vive for a lip volume, i was transferred to a man, not sure who he was! Vive you need a live receptionist, the man was more like a sales person! botox and lip for $500! without getting my information i scheduled but read reviews and felt uncomfortable with the situation, i tried canceling and the office does not answer the phone i could not get an answer all day, i recommend Vive pays attention to customer service and improves in all areas, i would go somewhere else, it is our body our health and we need to go where we feel we are taken care of

I tried to set up an appointment 2 months in advance but i was unable to. I was told they only do appointments by week so i could only schedule this week. I thought that was super inconvenient especially for their U.S customers who have to give 2+ week notice at their jobs when requesting days off to plan to go to this facility in Tijuana. Heck my bf has to give a month's notice at his job. Anywhom I just thought i'd let others know ahead of time to plan accordingly. I will however wait the two months and schedule an appointment to get my procedures done. I will be updating my review by then but hopefully it works out and i don't request days off for nothing if they have appointments available the week of on the days i'm requesting off. Expect an update.

I’ve been trying to make an appointment for a week and a half now, but their communication is literally the worst. Their phone numbers either don’t work or they just don’t answer them, nobody answers the WhatsApp & they just blatantly ignore your Instagram messages. I was finally able to get ahold of someone when I messaged Dr. Verduzco directly, but then I kept being told 2 different things. The main page told me my appointment was at 4 & that my friend’s appointment was at 5:30 (they later told her it was at 4:30) then Dr. Verduzco told me our appointments were at 2:30. Now they’re saying our appointments were cancelled because we “didn’t confirm them” but we never received phone calls or anything asking us to confirm. I guess if you want an appointment, you have to make sure that you start *attempting* to book at least 2 months in advance so they’ll get back to you a week before your desired date.

They take forever to let you in, I had to wait over an hour to get a massage. They give you a time and make you wait for so long every time.
