Horrible results and even worse customer service! I had a breast augmentation in September 2006. I’m 5’3” and was about 120 lbs at the time and was about a 34 B bra. I just wanted average size breasts after having 2 children. He put 500cc in each breast against my knowledge! I have hated my breasts ever since and have made many attempts to contact him in regards to this. I moved out of Florida a few months after my surgery and have called many times only to be told by his staff that he is out of town or on vacation every single time. About 2 years after my surgery, I flew to Florida unannounced and spoke to him in person. He said he would “fix” my breasts and all I would have to pay for is the anesthesia which would cost around $1200. He said he was going out of town that week but when he returned, he would call me to arrange. I never heard back from him. I spent the next few years calling and calling and even made 2 more trips to try to reach him and nothing! All I have ever wanted since he did this awful breast augmentation, his for him to remove the implants and make my breast look NORMAL again. I wish I could post my breast pics on here, you all would be shocked! I have not been able to wear a normal bra since my surgery, all I have been able to wear are sport bras. My breast look like deflated basketballs. They are huge, extremely saggy, and have no definition at all. This awful experience has extremely affected me negatively. I have had numerous health issues related to this breast augmentation as well. DO NOT go to Dr Ross! If he messes your surgery up, all you will get from him his empty promises and the cold shoulder!

I recently had a breast augmentation with Dr. Ross and I am thrilled with the results! I'm about to turn 40 and I was very nervous about the procedure and outcome. I wanted a very natural look and he made them look perfect in size and shape! He is gentle and patient and definitely knows what he is doing. Also, his staff was wonderful. They took very good care of me throughout the entire process. Two of my friends used Dr. Ross with wonderful outcomes and I'm so glad I listened to them when making my choice.

I have been visiting Dr. Ross for over a decade. I feel confident that even after all of this time, I would visit no other! Dr. Ross is truly talented at what he does! His calm, patient bedside manner will help put any nervous (me) person at ease. If you are seeking a skilled Plastic Surgeon, call for a consult with him... you will not be disappointed!

I am a patient of Dr Jay Ross and I was referred to Dr Ross from a few of my friends who also used Dr Ross. My experience has been just wonderful with him and his office. I was always wanting to get a breast enlargement procedure and I finally did it. Dr Ross and his nurses made the total experience easy and stress free. I wanted to go from an A-cup to a full C-cup and that is exactly what I got. I could not be happier. The doctor and his staff helped me with the scheduling and answered my questions and even called me at home to check up on me that night. I went back to work in 3 days. Yes I was sore but I could not be happier. I wish I did this a long time ago. Soooo happy!!!

I am a 32 year old nursing student , I went to Dr Ross a month ago for my consultation and he is absolutely wonderful I was reffered by him through several people I know who have breast implants done by him,which all look amazing and I know when ibhave mine done August 8th coming up! Mine will be amazing too,and I will refer some of my friends too who have been wanting it done.I can't wait to brag about my results!Such a nice and caring Dr.
