Dr. Gregory J. Mackay, MD

This is a Doctor that clearly does not need your business. I scheduled an appointment like a normal person after a referral from my OBGYN after she raved about him. I got there and they had me scheduled with a different doctor because he was not there that day. I didn't know until the nurse who walked me back confirmed which doctor I was there to see. She then walked me back up front to reschedule where I was met with an eye roll and an, "Well, I don't know how that happened" from some woman in an office. I was standing there wondering what I did wrong. I didn't even say anything back to her other than that I know which doctor I scheduled with because he was the only one I knew of there. I hadn't said one word to her up until that that point. The nurse is the one that walked me in and asked for a reschedule. She then told me that she would have someone call me to reschedule an appointment with Dr. Mackay because she couldn't see his schedule, which never came. I'm not sure HOW I WAS RUDE...Apparently, how dare you inconvenience them. You should just go with any old plastic surgeon you've never heard of that they scheduled you with. They do make sure they get your money up front though, don't worry about that. I called back the next week and tried to reschedule myself and was trying to explain the story....like three times in a row before I was hung up on. I called back because I was flabbergasted. I'm still wondering what I did. It was like I was labeled a problem child. The next lady on the phone said she was the assistant office manager. When I tried to explain to her and also ask why I was hung up on she told me, "This probably isn't going to be the best relationship for you," and that, "You've had problems with multiple people". I wasn't trying to have a "relationship" with this Doctor's multiple string of over power tripped office workers. I was just trying to make a freaking appointment and make sure I got refunded. What the hell is going on over there? They kept saying, "So, you saw Dr. so&so last week," and I didn't. I was just supposed to get a reschedule. You know---yes it's probably for the best. I think I dodged a 'relationship' bullet here. I would not feel comfortable that these people would have any kind of compassion for you whatsoever. There is no way I would trust this office with something as important as my body.

Dr.Mackay and staff extremely professional and warm and friendly. My first visit felt like I knew them for years. Dr.Mackay explained the solution for my medical concerns, I madequate my decision yes, and I'm very happy with the results. I'd recommend him highly.

Dr. Mackay is wonderful! He's very caring and protective of his patients. He followed me all the way through my healing process to make sure everything healed perfectly! I definitely recommend him and his team! He also did an awesome job on my plastic surgery! He's very thorough!

Dr. Mackay is a brilliant and amazing surgeon. He did a wonderful job on my reconstruction and spent so much time throughout the process explaining everything and answering my questions. I could not be more pleased with my reconstruction. And his nurses, PA, and staff are so sweet and caring.

Dr. Mackay is simply Amazing!! From his work to bad manners he will get the highest star in my book. He made the whole process very easy. Also his office has the most professional and kind personal. I highly recommend him!!
