Rude receptionist named Dina could use some customer service skills, or or a little human compassion. I called to make an appointment as referral after seeing my doctor to see if some spots I have are cancer. I call Dina, she finds my referral, and reads the referral is to check ‘lesions’. I’m not sure what makes a ‘lesion’ so I said it’s to check these spots. She said that’s not what the referral states, and that I have to go back to my doctor for a new referral. I explain to her that I don’t think I should have to do all that, and asked if she could please help. If the doctor wrote something wrong, I don’t know what I’m supposed to do about it? It doesn’t make sense to make another appointment, and it doesn’t make sense for me to call around asking about something I don’t understand? She got so short and frustrated with me, she told me she has other customers to help, and she hung up on me! :( maybe back off the plastic lady, be a little more human.

Amazingly talented doctor and staff. They saved me when other doctors could not.

Online and at the office, there is a sign that states, open 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 8:30am to 11:30am. It is 9am, my son's appointment was at 8:30am and no one is here. What kind of doctor office is this? I have not been contacted to reschedule or to let me know that they will not come in. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED and I FEEL FRUSTRATED that this happened. We will NOT come back and I will let ANYONE who will listen to not come here. Side note: staff not so nice; the doctors (when they are present) are nice but they need new staff.

Dr. Todd B. has one of the most hospitable bedside manners I have ever experienced -- a delight, really, and extremely well recommended from my own physicians. In my opinion, absolute excellence, and eager to recommend anyone...and btw, my kids and spouse there too. And the ophthalmologist across the hall, Carlton Yuen, top of the list in his field, an awesome enthusiastic high energy being with whom I can totally trust my eyesight. Super.

Doctor Howell was amazing and really helped me with my psoriasis, answered all of my questions! She’s the most knowledgeable doc I’ve seen for my skin. And the staff was awesome and always accommodating.
