Worst clinic ever you will be waiting 3 hour in the waiting room and close to an hour after they give you a room to even be seen. If you have an option to go anywhere else I advise it

Very disappointed! I strongly suggest that if you are actively employed or don't have hours to wait after your scheduled appointment that you go elsewhere! Dr Daniel Stewart performed emergency surgery at UK approximately a week ago. I was scheduled for appointment at 1 pm. We called the night before to verify our appointment an the person who answered was very rude. We simply asked how long we needed to arrive before our appointment to fill out all necessary paperwork. She rudely replied "You should always arrive 30 minuets prior to your appointment!" Really that wasn't a big deal until we arrived for our appointment early as advised. Turned our completed paperwork in well before our appointment time. Then the wait began! Between waiting in the waiting room then finally getting into a room the wait was we were there approximately 2 hours 30 mins. I politely asked our nurse if she had any idea how long it might be before I was even seen by the intern. She replied "the intern hasn't even been in there?" He hadn't even picked up my chart yet! She asked the Dr if he had an idea how long it would be before I would be seen. He told her that it's gonna be a while! I understand they are busy and things happen but that is why we schedule appointments! I expect a wait due to double and triple scheduling but 2 1/2 hours and knowing we still had a while before we would even be seen, as we were informed is ridiculous! If that were a 1 time thing that would be much more understandable but according to the packed waiting room this is the norm. I left without being seen by the Dr or even an intern! My mother is deathly ill and was having a procedure done at another hospital to check for cancer. So some days I might could set up a 1pm appointment and all day to be seen but unfortunately this was not one of those times. Brian Olds

Terrible. The wait is forever whether it is in the waiting room or surgery. I waited for 3 hours because Dr. Wong is scheduled for the hospital and the clinic so she has to go back and forth. Then the minor surgery cost $14,500 because it is a hospital....I should have just gone to the plastic surgeon in town who quoted me $1,500 WITHOUT insurance. I am now paying over $1,000 with my insurance and she didn't even do that great of a job. It has taken me almost 2 months to heal and the scar looks like I was scratched by a rabid dog. I thought because I was going to a plastic surgeon it would have at least looked a little better. Live and learn. Just don't go here. Not worth it.
