Dr. Ponsky and her staff are amazing and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Ponsky is honest, professional, talented and does not try to sell you procedures you don't need. I feel fortunate to have her as my physician. Not only did she listen to my questions, she understood my concerns and took the time to answer them in a way that I could understand. I wish all my doctors were as wonderful as her!

Dr Ponsky is everything a patient could want, punctual, caring, detailed, conscientious etc etc etc. Dr Ponsky actually contacted me several days after my appt to check up on me. I told her I was recovering thanks to her and because she treated me like a family member I was tempted to call her "mom". Needless to say I am very satisfied with her professional and compassionate manner. Thank you Dr P

I cannot in good conscience recommend Dr. Ponsky. Her office is not scrupulous, Dr. Ponsky, as well as her receptionist Tonya, misrepresented the cost of a consultation. Prior to booking my consultation I was told the price of a consult was a one time fee of $90. Subsequently I received a bill for $240. I reached out to her office numerous times to clear up the discrepancy and her office refused to reverse the charges. Failed to return calls and voicemails, continuously transferred my calls, and offered little in the way of help. What's more, during my consult, Ponsky lauded her private practice as a cheaper alternative with lower fees and more personalized service. That UH & her private practice collaborated to provide total solutions. This statement is untrue and her receptionist claimed there is no association between the two organizations. The quote I received for services from her private practice far surpassed median and average costs of services rendered in Ohio. She tries to lure patients to her private practice with inflated prices, all while claiming you're saving money! In addition to the financial burden, she has little regard for her patients. During the consult she was aloof, cold, uncaring and inattentive. All qualities you don't want in a surgeon. Buyer beware, stay far FAR away from this con artist.

Dr ponsky is the only person in Cleveland I trust for Botox and fillers. She very carefully considers the structure, expression and animation of your face before proceeding with a plan. Dr. Ponsky's technique is delicate and I've never left feeling over done or unnatural in any way. I would highly recommend her to anybody seeking these treatments.

Professional, personable and outstanding surgeon. She is my first choice, head and shoulders above comparable professionals.
