Dr. Lynam is incredible...he is the most "gifted" plastic surgeon I have ever experienced. He takes time with you and understands exactly what you are hoping to achieve from the surgery. I had two procedures done at the same time and experienced very little pain during recovery. I couldn't believe it. I had these two surgeries from another surgeon years ago and all I could remember was the pain! The results of this surgery is everything I had hoped for and more. There is a level of TRUST with Dr. Lynam as soon as you spend the first 5 minutes with him. His knowledge, experience and passion for his work is unsurpassed.

I gave a 5 star rating due to the fact I couldn't give a 10 star...Dr.Lynam, his surgical scheduler Lauren, the office staff were and are wonderful. His is a very pleasant surgeon that doesn't treat you as walking money, but as a person. Takes his time in explaining the procedure, risks, and best of all isn't pushy. What I love about him is his honesty and how doesn't promise something he can't deliver. All I am saying is you can't go wrong with him of his practice.

This is the best office EVER!! I live in Virginia Beach and drive all the way to Richmond to receive all of my services. The most frequent service I receive is Botox from one of the nurses, Brigitte Lacic. Not only does it look better than any Botox I have ever gotten, but Brigitte makes what could be a traumatic experience - I am petrified of needles!! - incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend! Worth the 2+ hour drive!

I contacted this office from overseas because I was eager for a life change and had a limited time to have my surgery. His office staff were very friendly and professional. I was accommodated with every request I had and so thrilled to have an honest, open and knowledgeable Surgeon. My pre-op visit went smoothly. My surgery day was exceptional and my follow up and continued results are wonderful. I know I was very lucky to find a quality Surgeon on the internet with no "shopping around". Thank you so much for my wonderful new appearance of my breasts!
