Great facilities. It's a fun and safe environment for kids. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It's very easy to book appointments online. Reasonable prices and great customer experience.

I took my 2 year old here a few times last year for a fun quick haircut experience. They used to be great! Fun, fast, quality and fair price. $12. Last time I went, in January 2019, the lady looked like she’d never cut a child’s hair before. She kept calling for help from her supervisor, who was otherwise on her cell phone. It ended up taking over 45 mins and the worst hair cut I have ever seen. It is choppy and uneven. Upon paying I only then realized that they jacked the prices to almost double what the were just two months prior. It is now $21 for a child’s haircut. 45 minutes. Clearly we won’t be returning.

Took my daughter in for her first haircut before her birthday party. Terrible experience. The hairstylist was more interested in making her opinion be heard than listening to what I wanted my daughter's hair to look like. Apparently curly hair in babies is untameable and I have to get used to it never having any shape. After the haircut, the hair just looked shorter with no shape whatsoever. Never returning!

This crew really knows how to handle the kid who hates hair cuts. Took a few visits but now my kids love getting their hair cut!
