Never been so disappointed with a haircut in my life. My husband went here to get something nice done for himself before the birth of our child since we were having photos done at the birth so he came here due to the great reputation and his hair was butchered by the time he left. The lady didn't listen at all to what he described and it didn't look like the photos we showed either. When we both expressed our displeasure nothing was suggested to fix the situation. We ended up paying full price and leaving. There is no way it will grow out by the time this baby is born. Three years of growth down the drain. My husband is a hairstylist and what he wanted was completely reasonable for his hair type. I had the two photos of reference available at every moment for her.

Another great hair cut from Wissam. I have complete comfort and trust sitting in his chair, every time. He is such a skilled stylist. He listens and he will advise if needed. I have never walked out of his salon feeling that my hair is anything less than fabulous!

I started going to Collective Salon about 6 months ago. Justine Hoq came recommended to me. Justine is very professional, listened to exactly what I needed from her, and she did it! My hair colour has been corrected and I now love it and she gives the best hair cut. She doesn't rush and my hair has truly not looked better. Highly recommend Justine to any one.

My first experience at the Collective Salon & Spa was last year around August, I had just moved to Calgary and needed a haircut. I saw the reviews of the salon and decided to try it. Sadly, the haircut wasn’t what I expected, but three months later decided to give it a try again with a different professional, and that’s when I met Justine! I looked her Instagram to have an idea of her work, and I was impressed. She noticed right away what had been done incorrectly with my hair and fixed it. I was very pleased with the result, so I came back for another haircut with her recently and of course she nailed it! I will be definitely be going back 😊
