Such a great salon. The best customer service I have ever experienced. You won’t be disappointed!

I went to get my hair done by cherayl. I wanted a black/deep purple with silver streaks in the front. What I got was black/mulberry with pink and ruddy brown streaks. Which confused me because we both agreed to put dark blue to create the deep purple I was looking for for. But then while walking to the back she told the other girl she didn't even put it in and laughed. Which make sense because there is no way it should've been that red with the colors we chose. I heard other nasty things being said but I tried to just waving it as gossip. During the whole thing she tried convincing that it was deep purple. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and moved on. Then when blow drying held the heat on the bleached part of my head until I winced from the burning. And then on top of that she was yanking the hairbrush through my hair with my head jerking along with it. I said it was ok if she pulled a little but she was just aggressive. Maybe it was because I came in before closing but either way I did not feel safe getting my hair done here :( I was going to give her another chance as she offered free recoloring. So I ended up giving her a large tip figuring that this hairstylist that has been working for 20 years would pick and choose clients and so would need some good incentive. But after thinking about everything I heard I decided it wasn't the safest idea and chose not to go back. Please save your hair and look into who does it! (My name is Rebekah Potter I came in at 6pm on Friday the 22rd- although I'm changing my name to Anastasia, sorry for the confusion)

I have been going here since they opened! I drive in from Edmonton because they always go above and beyond. I’ve never left with a cut or color I didn’t like. I highly recommend them.

They made my hair in a style right from a picture, it's a exact replica! I HIGHLY recommend this place!
