One of the best places in Edmonton to get your hair done if you are into trends and good haircuts. Been getting haircut from Jack for over 20 years (can't believe I never wrote a review). Jack is also COVID-19 certified, it is very safe and all customers must wear gloves to enter the store. Highly recommended.

Jack has been my stylist for a few years. One of the main reason why I kept going back was that after the first time I had my hair cut by him, I got hit on in a night club by a young girl that night. 'Nuff said. Anyways, if you don't mind paying a little more ($40ish for male hair cut) than average to get full service (comes with hair wash and a quick head massage) and k-pop star tier hair cut, you have to try Jack out. He usually has a week ahead booked so don't try to walk in....you have to make an appointment.

Jack is amazing and efficient, also very receptive to your input.

Turned away at the door ant told that they dont do walk ins, meanwhile the door itself says walk ins welcome, not that anyone was rude. Just dumb that your advertising is clearly false.

*GOT OVERCHARGED* I started coming here after a disappointing run with my last hairstylist for two reasons: an inconsistent experience and overcharging. My first appointment with Jack was great. He actually did an excellent job and gave me what I wanted. I remember asking him for the price over the phone and it was around $30. No big deal as I was paying that same amount with my last hairstylist. The second appointment was equally great. Here’s the issue though: when it came time to pay, I was charged $40. He failed to mention to me that a shampoo and hair styling costs extra. This is a huge problem that is all too common in this industry, and for me, a dealbreaker. It’s a shame because Jack really is a great hairstylist. But when you are not transparent with your prices, you will lose valuable business. And for this, I will never come back.
