I've been here multiple times and have had very good experience. My most recent experience was horrible. I am about to go on vacation and made an appointment a week in advance. When I arrived they flat out lied to me that I missed my appointment because it was the day before. They tried to say they didn't have my phone number but I vividly recalled giving it to them. Now I am left scrambling last minute. If you're going to go there make sure to confirm your appointment the day before and try to come on a slower day because they clearly do not appreciate their customers.

Very friendly people and efficient hairdresser. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I felt a little duped. I thought I'd pay for just a haircut and conditioning treatment, but the hairdresser asked if I wanted a style after. I told him only if he wanted (I was going home by myself and dogs after, I didn't need extra pampering). In the end I was charged $62 and left a $10 tip, but I won't be going back cuz a simple cut wasn't worth the money and I had been unknowingly upsold on something I didn't care for. So much for fake friendliness and mindless banter. Plus it was showering outside and I was going home alone anyway for the rest of the evening. Just wish he didn't make it sound like an offer or invite cuz it seemed he was wanted to do it anyway. The 4 stars is actually cuz I'm a genuinely nice person.

Beautiful salon! I got my nails done and I loved them. Good prices and they have amazing seasonal package deals (facial+makeup+mani&pedi package!). Really nice staff. Would recommend.

Fantastic! My hair feels great one week and two washes later and still has body! The colour is better than I had hoped for as well. Kudos to the pretty hairdresser that did my hair. I’ll be back.

I actually cried after I saw my hair. I wouldn’t go here again even if they paid me to go. Got a groupon and they charged me 200$ on top of that for a supposed balayage. Now it looks like a two year old painted my head. I’m embarrassed to go to work. I wish I had grounds to sue. This place should be shut down. PLEASE DONT BE SCAMMED
