I had a cut and blow dry from Taka, who was extremely attentive and caring. He takes his time in understanding what you'd like and also gives his expert opinion and provides you with tips on how to style and care for your hair. He also gave a great head and shoulder massage. Would definitely recommend Taka and Baroque salon to everyone!

Great service. Meticulous haircut.

I've just had a gel pedi - it was a perfectly fine experience but I went in expecting to pay £40 (which I thought was a good price, esp for Mayfair) and have walked out paying £80! They have a rather complicated nails menu and pricing structure with various extra charges. Paying twice what I expected to pay is annoying, moreover for £80 I would expect a much nicer salon/pedi experience. (It was clean and comfortable but crusty - by no means luxurious.)

Wait for more than half an hour just because the former guest still not finish its hair treatment, and no one care about my time!

Excellent service and quality of professional staff. Even their scissors are imported from Japan and having lived in London most of my life, going to Tony & Guy and every soho stylist you can imagine, this team makes the competition look like amateurs. I also hear that their nails are done by an award winner. If you're English (like me) don't be shy, go in because they are all very nice.
