I've been using this salon for years. The staff are delightful and extremely competent.

I got a great haircut from Keiko! She took the time to understand what I wanted and as a result, gave me exactly what I wanted. Moving cities and countries, I am always nervous when searching for a new hairstylist. As an Asian man with a big head and short/medium hair, I haven't found it especially easy to find somebody that can understand and execute. Keiko made sure to check in with me throughout the haircut to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I also thought the price was reasonable for the location. I will definitely be back!

Got my haircut here and it was the worst hair choice I’ve ever made in my life. I asked for one thing and got the complete opposite with my once long hair having been cut into an almost bob (even though I asked that my hair not be short). In regards to styling , the picture I had shown had long straight hair with a slight flick of a curl at the end, however I ended up with tight curls that went all up and down my hair,. I had asked the lady to stop curling it that way however she carried on doing so. To be fair it didn’t look messy, however it didn’t look nice and it was the opposite of what I had asked for, I was told to wait 2 months until it would look good as I was clearly upset, but I feel as though I shouldn’t need to “wait” for a cut to look good as their prices are quite high, and therefore it should look good there and then. Please avoid this salon. You can go somewhere better for the price you will pay.

I’ve been going to Keiko for about 20 years for dye / highlights and hair cut. It’s always a great experience - clean, considerate, comfortable (the only hairdresser I’ve been to where the hair wash is really comfortable on the neck) and very good value. Massage is also very good.

It was reliable hair salon and she has solid technique. If you have some problems, I recommend going to there. I'm grateful for her warm response.
