As a client of 5 years, am very happy with the service and treatment at this salon. My stylist is Tony who understands precisely my requirements and delivers the result to my exact liking.

Disappointed with my haircut from Kofir a week ago. Halfway through the cut, I had to point out he was cutting with the part on the opposite side to what we'd discussed; he fixed it after that while lecturing me on the importance of getting this right as if that wasn't why I'd corrected him. Asked for layering on the ends and he did so only in the back (front hangs limply). Asked for thinning and got a long lecture on how careful one must be, yet he snipped bits right around my face that now stick out oddly (rookie mistake; I've never had a stylist struggle with this part so much).

I wound never go there again. Awful haircut, one of the guys( his name KFIR ) can't even cut a fringe. I wound not recommend using there services.

I'm so upset by my experience here and should never have gone after they said they didn't understand me on the phone. I asked very clearly how long colouring took and was told that I should just come to my haircut appointment and ask. When I arrived I asked if he could colour my hair and he said yes. So he did the cut - he said he would do it longer than I asked or I'd look like a little girl. I showed a photo of how I wanted my fringe and what I got was so awful I was too embarrassed to say anything. He said he'd cut off 1cm and he cut off 2 inches and thinned it (see photo)?! Then he gave me layers I didn't want. He pressured me to have a colour too dark for my skintone because he told me I didn't want it warm. I just was not being listened to at all. Then he added the dye and cut someone elses hair from start to finish while I waited (he said he'd be 35 minutes, he was not). Eventually someone else came and washed the dye out, pulled my hair a lot and soaked the back of my top so I looked like I'd just run a marathon. The blow dry was dreadful, I was so embarrassed I just couldn't wait to leave and he was trying to blowdry my drenched top. This ordeal cost me nearly 3 hours and £110 and I'm gutted as it was meant to be a treat for myself.
