Amazing salon. Francesco has been my hairdresser for 4 years now and I have followed him to Holborn Rush. The salon is big and spacious (always good music and attentive on getting you a drink and magazine etc) and the staff are really friendly. I always leave the salon feeling great and with my hair looking amazing. Francesco is an excellent colourist and always gives you his honest opinion on what would suit you. Hes made the transition for me from black to bronde effortless and I'm always getting compliments on my hair. A true master and leader of the Rush Holborn Salon!

I went to Rush this evening and was unsure what treatment i wanted, my hair basically felt really greasy at the back and i wanted to understand what treatment i should do. I was booked with Janne but as soon as he came over and i asked for his opinion on he just became really defensive and had no idea what to do. I did not feel comfortable letting him work on my hair so i asked to speak to someone else. Another guy came over and was much more helpfu, eventually i just went for a deep shampoo clean and a quick blowdry. What really then bothered me was mid treatment he walked away and let a junior trainee continue. I could see him walking in the back, not doing much so i dont understand why he couldnt complete the treatment. Especially when i was paying for him to do it! The two girls who then blowdried my hair were lovely and can see they will make great stylists, however i was appauled by how the salon was run and how unproffessional it was being known as a reputable chain! Grateful for the help but it was a struggle from the moment i first walked in. Dont recommend!

Today I got my hair cut at Rush Moorgate and I absolutely enjoyed the whole experience. Through their online booking platform it was very easy to get the service, date and stylist of your choice. Also, the staff were just lovely and I felt welcomed & relaxed from the moment I walked through the door. Oh, and not to forget: as a new customer I got 50 % off , so the price for a 'Ladies cut & finish' (including a hair wash!) was more than resonable. I'm already looking forward in getting my next hair cut by Julia. Thanks!

Truly awful from start to finish - I have also given them the benefit of the doubt as well and gone back! No longer......rude staff, very expensive for the service as well. Clearly trade on their location to entice strapped for time City workers who have limited options.

I had full head colour which turned out nice but the cut is horrible. Apparently I had a stylist director or whatever they call it but she wanted to send me out with mediocre blow dry. I told her my natural hair structure needs straightening so I don't look like a fool 5 minutes after. I shouldn't have because I then had hair straight as a spaghetti with no texture what so ever! I was ashamed of myself and ended up with putting it all up in a ponytail. This is by far the worst hairstylist experience I've ever had! They charged me on top of that also £140 even thou i asked about the discount for first time customer when making the appointment. And now I have to go again for a cut because this lady managed to cut so bad that I can't even fix it with a good blow dry of myself! Thanks for that!
