I was just there yesterday (8/17) and I loved the girl I had. Amanda did an amazing job with everything amd was very calm and relaxing. With her, getting your hair washed is the best. She does this little massage thing and I just bout fell asleep! Whoever owns master cuts, you gotta keep Amanda!

What a chill atmosphere. Everyone there is amazing! I had Amanda color my hair from black to blonde and it came out AMAZING. As nervous as I was going to have someone besides me do my hair for the first time, she listened to me, and explained everything she was doing while doing my hair. Also, I'm the last person to let someone touch my hair with scissors and just a simple trim from out of my comfort zone was amazing. Finally found someone else that can do my hair. Thanks k you I'll definitely be coming back!!

This place is amazing! The staff are always friendly. Paige is an amazing stylist and gave me a great cut, even with my vague instructions. I highly recommend this place and their staff!

Very clean and super friendly! Ask for Amanda if you are looking to get a great cut or color :) she completely transformed me and I am in love with this new look!! I will now be going there for all of my hair needs

Yesterday I walked into mastercuts for a simple buzz cut after work. It was 8:13pm. The hours say that it closes at 9. There was one woman working, and she was cutting one persons hair. There was no one else working, and no one else waiting. She told me she had no availability and I had to leave. I wasn't very happy. I know I was there in the last hour, but I didn't walk in at 845 or even 830. That being said I had a great and welcoming experience at Rocco's Barbershop in Chesterfield today. So thank you for turning away my money, I've found a place to spend it. I work at a place that values customer service, and I personally expect that. Thats not what I received. Hope you had a good Friday night ma'am, seeing as you had to get out so quickly. Cheers
