I've been coming here with my children for several years and have generally been satisfied with the experience, until today. Today's experience involved my children needing haircuts and the staff suggesting we go elsewhere or come back later because there were already three people waiting. Even after we explained that we didn't mind the wait the woman at the counter again asked that we come on a different day or go somewhere else. I don't know if it's the new staff or a change in priorities but I've never seen a business try so hard not to take your money. Next time around I think we will be going somewhere else

Nice staff. Terrible haircut, really bad. Absolute unskilled barbers.

Walked in Jan 18th 9:50 2018 Asked for a trim Told me to sit down and started to use this brush full of other peoples hair. I then took a closer look at her tools and saw rusty scissors and filthy work area. I told her do you clean your tools and she said to me to my horror she had no time.... (place was empty) i said to her i wanted to speak with manager and she told me she is the manager.. i said then i need a franchise number... she would not give it too me. I told her you can give people infection with what you are doing and all she said is that she had no time to clean up..... Head office i hope you see this. This is not okay... I have never seen anything like this before.... worried for peoples safty.... this manager needs to be removed from this franchise.
