Always a GREAT visit!!! Have been a customer for over ten years. All staff are so welcoming and friendly and I love my visits with Jackie and Dawn. I always leave with a great new hairdo and happier having had an all round excellent experience.

I'm a regular customer here. The service is great! They offer you tea or coffee. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Ashley, the owner, makes sure that the customers are satisfied. John is great at colouring the hair. That's all he does, so that's where you should go, if you want a good job done. Prices are good. Not very expensive, however, I think they went a bit up lately. They cut guys' hair too. I've tried few other places, but stuck with this one, because of the price, the service and atmosphere. Jackie is cuts my hair and my husband's. We are very satisfied with this salon. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for good service and prices.

I booked an appointment a few days ago for today May 10, I arrived 5 mins before my appointment time the hairdresser had just begun cutting someone else hair, 20 mins later she didn't even look in my direction to apologize or tell me she would be done shortly. If I wanted an appointment 30 or 60 mins later then I would have booked it at that time.. I live a few mins away I could have been a great customer. Deplorable customer service...

I have been a customer for several years! The stylists are professional, talented and friendly. Ashley's is family based and British as well. I'm always very pleased with my hair. My stylist is Nigel but all staff are excellent stylists.

Simply a great place. Every staff member is professional, very competent and pleasant, and Ashley himself is a fantastic stylist and just delightful to talk to. Even for a student like me, the prices are more than reasonable for what I get every time. Been coming here for years without complaint and no plans of changing anytime soon.
