I was very pleased with my experience here. Neptune gave me a great cut while we had a nice chat. I let her know I had a groupon code when I booked the appointment. She listened to what I wanted and I came with a picture of what I was hoping for and she did that exactly. I will be returning again. Thank you Neptune

DO NOT VISIT. She will prey on you. You will see them advertised on Groupon and you think, Oh great deal. The owner, Neptune will surprise you at the end with extra costs +50%. I Called the store and mentioned the groupon first. Neptune will say she will give you the groupon price. This is her tactic to get into the store. I agreed On $150 for highlights and cut. When it was done, I was charged extra $80 after the fact. Shocked, I told her, if I had known I would not have had you touch up my roots. I didn't know it was extra." That was when she humiliated me , "Oh, **Everybody** knows it's $80 extra for roots touch up". Well. NOT ME!!! "You said you wanted it." Because I don't know what is included and what is NOT!!! I ended up paying it. Humiliated. Overcharged. Dishonest. They aren't busy because they are a horrible business.

Groupon scam to attract customers- though the haircut was good but it was overpriced. I was overcharged on the groupon price by Neptune who mentioned I have thick hair so I need to pay 15 dollar extra. Plus she wasn’t very friendly throughout the whole experience. I was advised not to buy the groupon but pay her the same price at the salon but once in I was asked to pay extra for ‘thick’ hair which is no where written on the groupon voucher. Infact I was charged tax on the groupon amt too whc is not how groupon should work. She wasn’t very helpful either when I asked for help with where to park. She takes care of customers with higher bills only. Not recommended to go again.

Don’t take this groupon. It’s a sham. She’ll tell you she’ll charge extra for the length of your hair and thickness. I am shocked where was it even written anywhere in the groupon that there are going to be extra charges. She went ahead charged me extra , HST which groupon had already charged me. And when I complained to groupon , they said they’ll get back to me in 1 hour to understand what happened to which even they haven't bothered to return to my query. Highly disappointing experience .Even after telling her I want middle length, she went ahead and cut it short. And then she has the audacity to tell you , you know it better how your hair look like when they are dry, aren’t she the hairdresser who should know that when hair are dry they’ll look more short ..: please don’t go to her. Waste of money , then extra charges and if you love your hair , don’t go to her

I had a very negative experience at this place. I was charged $55 more than the value of my groupon because Neptune (the owner) said that I had thick hair. I wasted 2 hours of my time to get there due to which I decided to just pay and be done with it but it was not worth the money or the effort. She overbooks due to which almost every client of hers complained. She cut my hair really short despite telling her not to. She kept complaining about every client after they left and also mistreated the other lady working in her salon in front of other clients. It was just such a stressful and negative environment for those 3.5 hours that I was there. Honestly, she needs to review her business practices as well. Do not offer groupon if you are not going to honor them. It’s a waste of people’s time if you are going to overcharge despite groupons.
